Fraudulent Behavior of the Agency"
Fraud agency.. they take money and don’t do any work , and make excuses. They tell you they will give report in 15 days but they don’t even 4-5 months

Challenging Staircase and Delayed Report Submission"
Very difficult to climb so many stairs for a senior citizen, initially they promised report in one month but even after 4 months they couldn’t submit the report.instead of proving their talent they were telling about the impossible situations.
