I would not recommend to anyone and strongly advise against letting them to buy.Reasons are follows:Poor quality of work.Poor communication.Lack of collaboration.Lack of initiative.Failure to meet deadlines.Not following processes.Not paying attention to details.Cheating in size of the flat also.

Ds MAX One of the worst builders
One of the worst builders that is just for show, you can view many of the Google reviews and quora issues. We had booked a flat here through a friend that’s working for ds Max, the trust was built as he convinced that he is buying a flat there as well. We had paid a booking amount of 1 lakh rupees and were forced to pay 45000 for the flat patni. We attended even the function which was mediocre food was horrible and the function was organised average. I requested for some time to make the registration so took a seat back so they had sent multiple emails that they will cancel the booking and they did so. Post which I further researched on ds max those who won prizes in flat patni haven’t received anything yet. People who have bought flats here all have complaints of poor built quality, sealing cracks and very poor customer service. These instances alarmed me, so I reached out to the staff n my friend but he said that he’s planning to buy a high story flat else where. This was a wake up call for me and I had cancelled the booking. We are still waiting on the refund and luckily come out of a bigger problem that could have been entailed. If someone’s offering you something that’s at an unbelievable price there are definitely compromises and a home is something that everyone dreams of, where we put in our hard earned money. Please do your research and if you are ready to bear the risk please invest else by buying a built flat where you can verify the quality before investing rather than investing in something that’s yet to be built.

Bad experience after buying flat in ds max sonata
I hv bad experience after buying flat in ds max sonata(chikkabanavara). Builder made many deviations without information to owners and few of those deviations are a lifetime problem. Owners r trying lot to solve it since 2 years but ds max management is not responding. Think twice before booking with ds max. They will screw up ur life. Their interior is worst, double in price with very poor service. They will never meet their timeline. Many cracks in the flat which they don’t bother to repair even after multiple reminder. Amenities still pending even after 2 years of project completion. Big advertisements by ds max but worst quality. Better to Go with some other reputed builder.
