    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Very worst experience. Ladies and girls if you traveling alone top most advice please ignore this bus in your list1. Not hygienic2. *****No safety*******3. Breakup hotels all are cheap type4. ***They didn’t even check the passengers after they are in bus or not after tea break/restroom***5. They are not well organized for unwelcoming issues6. Bad handling7. More than three persons available in driver seat sides (totally 6)8. Top websites I don’t know how u allowing this kind of buses in your listsBeware guys safety is first most important I have literally faced worst experience. You are not worth for single star also.

    Customer Beware

    Personalised passport cover and more I had ordered on 3rd of august of bill amount to Rs 4990/- the amount was paind on the day of the order itself. Since then i have emailed them several times asking about the shipment but they dont respond. They havnt shipped my product nor do they respond over call/ whatsapp or other social media platform. I also checked their facebook page to see if there are other people facing the same problem, and i was shocked to see everyone had the same complaint.

    Mismanagement and Misery

    Poor irritating service Thangam travels madurai – chennai bus service. A worst service, i faced problems 2 times. now im writing the complaint becoz my friend also affected today. They don’t pick up at correct time make you to wait for hrs and uttermost irritating thing is they take min 12 hrs to reach to madurai. Even SETC can reach in 8hrs. Rudely behaving employess. The another thing is they shuffle the seats and never allow to take the seat what you booked thru red bus. For ex. If you book lower single berth in the middle means they ask you to take last berth and also to share the double berth with unknown person. The condition of the bus is worst. They ask 2 ladies to take last upper berth. In the mid night time they rolled and fell down from the top but no injuries. So please switch over to another service. This is our personal experience.

    Betrayed Expectations

    worst service with higher price Travelled on 1st may 2018 night from madurai to chennai. Paid 3200rs for two persons.ac sleeper bus it was.ac stopped working in 2hrs after bus started. When reported to drivers and assistants in the bus, there is no proper response. Since there is not even windows to open, it started suffocating and passengers forced stop the bus @ulunthurpetai. Though fought for another two hours, there is no assurance to repair the ac and the drivers convinced us all to make it repaired at thindivanam orelse he said to claim back the huge money we spent on that bus. With all suffocation, we all stood awake in the bus to wait till thindivanam. But the driver did not stop in either way and drove staight to chennai. Finally when people started fighting for refund and resisted to get down from bus, we all in common wrote a letter and got signatures from driver and few passengers. Now when called the operator and asked for refund, they are not even attending our calls.

    Mismanaged Timings and Rude Behavior

    Boarding point time mentioned: 9.30 pm, bus arrived at 10.25 pm.Dropping point time mentioned: 6.30 am, bus reached at 9.15 am.Although i was trying to co ordinate with the staff on bus they didn’t tell me proper timings, very rude behaviour. Due to this time delay, I’ve faced issues attending a very important event. The seat next to me had 1 adult lady and 3 kids with her. Kid’s ages must be around 5, 10,12. The lady also vomited on her own seat. No hygiene. Bus staff also let her take 3 kids which i am sure is not allowed. Waste of booking a sleeper, when i couldn’t even have enough space to sleep.

    Regrettable Ride

    Pathetic experienceI’m traveling from manali to Delhi it was a pathetic experience as the windows are dripping off water and curtains are all wet. There is no net where we can place some of our bottles and allAnd the AC is making a lot of noise and it is very difficult for a person to sleep. Seats are quite uncomfortable. Please do not ever go any where with leo travels buses. Also when the bus driver and conductor asked them not to book the middle seats as the water is dripping off from it. but then also they’ve not taken any action and issued us the seats.

    Disastrous Trip with Leo Travels

    Leo Travels – Noida Unorganized Company I recently went on a trip with Leo Travels in Noida, and it was the worst experience of my life. To start off, the company was unorganized and disorganized. The communication was terrible, and we were given wrong information multiple times. They did not provide us with the promised amenities, and the promised itinerary was changed at the last minute. The vehicles provided to us were in a poor condition and were not maintained properly. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the seats were very uncomfortable. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They ignored our requests and showed a lack of care. The food served was disgusting and tasteless. It was cold and stale, and the hygiene levels were poor. We were also not provided with proper bottled water, and the drinking water provided to us was contaminated. The hotel provided to us was also in a terrible state. The room was dirty and not maintained properly. The bed sheets were not clean, and the bathrooms were not hygienic. The hotel staff was also rude and unhelpful. Overall, my experience with Leo Travels in Noida was terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone and would advise others to avoid Leo Travels.

    Beware of Unprofessional Tactics

    Unprofessional crooks.Never give them full money till end of the trip, or they will keep asking extra money for everything or threaten to cancel without refund.Their cabs and transport services are a big pain , coz once you pay and start the vacation trip, they will dictate their terms and you can’t change anything..Edit: @Iris: what explanation is this?We never went to Kochi airport, we came via train.You don’t really know about the customer/package.Please don’t use generic explanation and copy paste.Own up your bad service and make efforts to improve.

    Misleading Claims and Substandard Hotels

    Vacation planned after reading several reviews on Google and Quora but wasn’t up to the expectations and the amount charged. Firstly, a very poor selection of hotels, Blue Waters Cherai, Peppervine Hotel are very sub standard hotels which they claim to be 4 star properties. Pickadly houesboat experience was the worst part of the package, which they claimed would be the highlight. The stay at Backwater brook was useless, as it was a very isolated location and had to rely on the kitchen at that place. The driver, although very polite was unfortunately not proving any useful information of anything other than the bullet points mentioned on the itinerary, Albeit, My sincere gratitude to the driver (Mr Shizo) for helping with our medical needs. I WOULD NOT recommend IRIS HOLIDAYS to anyone, Its better to book your hotels yourself and hire a taxi for the full duration, like Innova is available for INR 3000 a day.

    Unresponsive and Unreliable

    holiday exchange subscription False selling. Incorrect information provided while selling membership. Poor response. As per contract terms i should get my money back if service is not fulfilled in 180 days. Its 180 days now & they are poorly responding and not replying to mails & calls. They are giving lame excuses & never turns. I have atleast called them & emailed them for 15-20 times in last 3 months & they have looted my money.

    Services as per the agreement are not being rendered I bought their 10 years plan however none of their contact numbers are working and aren’t even responding to emails. Their pathetic office space has been locked for months now under the reason of covid restrictions which I had to visit once to know if they really have office. It was indeed a pigeon hole and extremely pathetic place. Kindly return the money with interest.

    Frustration with Rehlat

    I have had a horrible experience 3 times in a row!!!You will book the ticket since the price is cheaper by 5%. Once you book they will send you email that your payment is done and however booking is unsuccessful. After multiple follow-ups the customer service agent says that booking takes minimum 24 hrs. for confirmation. (This is the only travel agent that takes 24 hrs. for confirmation, however rest all agents confirm the ticket in minutes)That said, even after multiple follow-ups, I still didn’t get ticket confirmation after 24 hrs. And this was consistent for the 3rd booking. At times I get an email from Rehlat that now fares have been increased and you have to pay extra to confirm your tickets. Again, when we ask them to cancel the tickets, you have to follow-up for months to get your own money back. (I have still not received my refund for cancellation)I will not recommend anyone to buy any Air tickets from Rehlat.Most horrible experience ever!!!!I believe with such customer experience they are providing, the company will be closed soon, and I wish they should close soon!

    The Reality Behind the Deals

    Fraud travel agencyI found this travel agency by checking cheapest price on Google, I did some preliminary research about the company and booked my stay through them. After making the reservation, I thought of taking confirmation from the hotels and to my surprise no hotel had booking in my name from their agency. I contacted them (only email option I could found) and they agreed for refund. Now they processed the cancellations but refund is not processed by them, I am following up with them since 22nd Jan, 2023 but still my refund is not processed by them.I would suggest that no-one should ever try to book with them otherwise you will be in trouble, neither you will get your booking nor your refund. I hope I get my refund some day from them otherwise I shall resort to filing a cyber crime compliant against them.Today on 14th Apr, 2023, I have written to Rehlat CEO, Bader Albader over LinkedIn for my refund. Let me wait for an update from him and post it accordingly.
