    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Manipulated and Mistreated

    Please be aware of this thug Puneet Rattan, he will first give you a market competitive rates and ask you to handover your original documents. After paying that fees to him he will constantly try to cheat and extort money from you stating that he has all your original documents and you have no choice but the pay the money. He is extremely rude and bad mouth person and not at all professional. Once you pay the money and submit your documents, his behaviour completely changes and then he no longer takr care of your requests. I took his service for my business visa and he made of mess of my appointment and travel date.

    Unfulfilled Promises

    Refund Hi sir, I’m karthick, two months back, I booked for a saw a post in linkedin and I have send a message for that to know about that courses after they call back and said about that courses after that im not interested and I leave it . After one month they call me continuasly for joining, then one full day they call me for joining and saying that this is the last day so plz put admission I’m also enroll my name and pay 5000 after that they are asking documents for loan. They said that today is a last day to join tmro onwards classes will be started but after that one single classes also not there. They just make me to pay money only. After that I have some financial issues also so I asked for refund but they are saying that no refund. So please help me to refund atleast half amount. Please sir.

    Skyholiday Haryana Scam

    Fraud Skyholiday Haryana scammed me of Rs. 48800 I was searching a family tour of Guwahati Shillong for 1st to 7th March, 2022 and suddenly received a call by Srishti ([protected]) from skyholiday stating that they got my number from hello travels. The website and payment links seemed genuine. After finalizing a package, I paid a total of Rs. 48800 and the remaining was to be paid once the tour commences. The tour date is in less than 5 days now and Srishti’s no. is constantly switched off & her boss Anamika’s no. ([protected]) states incoming calls barred from last week. The enquiry & payment links on the website are also disabled. All my hard earned money & plans have become a waste as I have been scammed by them. Need the govt. to take some action to catch these fraudsters & return people’s money.

    Fraud against the company names as Sky Holiday Hi, This is to inform you that myself “Deepak Joshi” deposited Rs 30 K on the name of travel package of Dwarka-Somnath Tour to the company Sky Holiday to Axis Bank a/c no. [protected] (Account Holder name-Vishal Khurana) through Google Pay. I have tried contact so many times on mobile no [protected] regarding the amount we have deposited but later on Mobile no Switch Off and Whatapp no[protected] but not received any response. regarding the amount we have deposited but later on both Mobile no Switch Off we get to know that is company is fraud. I have registered a complaint

    Delayed Refunds and Disappointing Experiences

    Once we’d paid our full balance loads…Once we’d paid our full balance loads of our accommodation and trips were changed to a cheaper option which was very disappointing and crafty and left us having an awful time in Byron Bay. They also withheld a refund for our cancelled excursions for 3 weeks which wasn’t ideal when it should’ve been back within 1-3 days. However email communication is swift and even with these blips, miles better than happy travels!

    These travels are cheaters they took 5k from me for traveling to Visakhapatnam during COVID time ..but we didn’t travel because of pass issue ..they took money till now they didn’t return my money to me from 1 year

    These Travells are worst,we booked car for 1 week we paid advance mny of 5k after end of the trip we forgettenly paid extra 5k after we caluculated and asked for that extra5k they r not giving and telling we will give on that day,this day like that,now almost it’s 1 nd half mnth still they r not giving nd not answering our calls,Please dnt go for this travels

    They are fake. All the reviews are fake. They force thier employers to write down the fake reviews so they easily get clients.. Apart from this, all the videos of client reviews, they are posting on social media are also fake. So , please beware, IITM Immigration is fraud , They are totally fraud

    Immigration fraud case Dear Team, I(Sureshkumar LC) had availed Canada express entry immigration services from Pravas Immigration person Mr. Indraneel. I had made a total payment of INR 45000 rupees on 15th April 2015 Via Kotak Mahindra Cheque number 00004. Post this the attested copies of my education credentials were also submitted to Indraneel for necessary courier to WES(World Education services) to get clearance to enter into Canada express entry pool. But till date the documents have not reached to the WES and so far Pravas Immigration services have not reverted my calls regarding document misplacement nor the services.

    Hey you all this consultant is totally built up for eating money. First I paid the money before lockdown on february 2020 then lockdown started. I tried to contact them so many times but there was no response also when I asked for the refund my money back due to lockdown they are refusing with several excuses but saying the refund is not possible. I would highly suggest you guys please please do not waste your time and money once you give it to them then just think you have lost your money. Initially they will keep following with you for money application fees and all that and once you paid then you have to follow up with them because once they have their money in their pocket then it is your call. I was been scammed by this consultancy please do not go for this Feel my tears please

    Disappointing Experience

    Do not book with this groupDo not book with this group. I booked a trip to Tuscany in 2019 for 2020 and they canceled it due to Covid. Despite in the midst of Italy Covid crisis Luxury airBnb processed the payment anyway and now they refuse to provide a refund. Although they agreed to rebook this year in Sept in lieu of a refund. when I asked for a refund in April they led me on saying it was too early to tell how Covid was going to be even though restrictions were still in place. They refused to refund or postpone and just took my money with no regrets at all.The worst part of it was when I asked airBnb for a resolution and refund it went instead to a third party called Bravo Villas who I did not contract and had no clue who they were. It is a sad day with Airbnb buys out companies and stand behind the airbnb name without any integrity. In fact if you book on VRBO or any other airbnb or who can connect directly with the owner of the villa. No not with Luxury airbnb you have NO contact with the owner and therefore have to rely on Luxury retreats to advocate on your behalf which they are incompetent to do. Very sad when every hotel and VRBO are very much flexible in their bookings. Be aware that Luxury Airbnb and Luxury Retreats DO NOT BOOK. Next time will book through a luxury hotel.

    Unfulfilled Expectations

    Absolutely terrible customer serviceAbsolutely terrible customer service. I would not recommend to anyone. How this company holds the “Luxury” branch of airbnb amazes me. Has stolen thousands of dollars of mine and others. Airbnb is also cowardice in not holding one of its subsidiaries to the same standard and not upholding their own policies. My wife and I booked our honeymoon in Turks and Caicos for April 2020 prior to COVID ever being a thing. In the months leading up to our travel date COVID began locking things down and restricting travel. We were in communication with the company throughout. Once travel was restricted out of the US and into Turks and Caicos the company left us high and dry. Any talks of cancelling they didn’t understand why we couldn’t travel to the country. Multiple email chains and hours of phone calls lead to a year long credit for the property. Fast forward months. Travel was still locked down and the story repeated. Ultimately an indefinite credit was given after hours of argument to allow for more attempts at a refund. Albeit, this whole time their parent company Airbnb had a full refund policy for COVID which did not cover luxury retreats. Four years later I am still fighting for a full refund for roughly $4500. I have been stationed overseas since 2020 and do not see a timeline to travel just for this trip. This company should be ashamed at at the cowardice they have shown. I would never risk the amount of money these homes cost again. Avoid at all cost.

    First of all not a welcome atmosphere.*No housekeeping services*No amenities, only a single bath towel provided for 2 persons till checkout*Dirty room, found used tea cups*No hot water (normal also) * called few times to the reception to sort it*No entertainment in the room, tv service was disconnected.*Electric kettle, tea cups are available but we have to purchase the rest from market to make a tea🤣*Provided 2 small bottles of water on day 1 till the checkoutMain highlight is they have untrained and disrespectful staff even they are not groomed well.Definitely not recommended to anyone.

    A Hospitality Horror Story

    The flush was broken, rooms were stinking, no tea or coffee arrangements if you want to have tea there is no provision. You have to pay they will not provide tea sachet or sugar even. Their housekeeping staff will explore your bag. I reached early and saw everything was scattered. Breakfast they will provide like langar and you have to stand in a que with plate. Also you will get cockroaches complementary in the breakfast. I have all the images. If you ask for tea they will give you coffee by their own choice.Not the least they will make you their also. They will not provide anything but they will keep calling you and certify you a thief like you have taken your things from room. Keys were handed over, bills were paid . We’re they sleeping . It’s just pathetic, harassing and I have no words how poor it was.Shame on you guys.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Very unprofessional. We had good experience with them in past. However, recently due to their error in booking ticket there was an issue with rebooking a cancelled flight. Mr. Joshi is uncooperative. No responses for over a month. Now stranded in the US with Mr. Joshi not even responding to emails! BEWARE!
