    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Unprofessional Behavior

    Such a worst agent support we have here .. no one will respond properly…. I have seen a campaign going on PvP mall Vijayawada and I showed my interest for the migration and filled the application form as well.. but the person who i spoke to that day in the mall he will not even respond actually he don’t care… I had a very bad experience with Sirian Overseas.

    Embarrassing Accommodation

    We got our holiday package done from Rsk travels to Kashmir this year in end of June. The experience has been pathetic. We were 2 adults and one child of age 6 yrs which was informed to them at the very first conversation of booking…They booked all our rooms with only 2 adults and no mention for the child which made us feel embarrassed at all our hotels as the hotels had no information about the kid…the rooms alotted at all the hotels were below average category…seemed like the spare rooms at the hotels were given to us after squeezing the hotel with the lowest amount of rate the agent would pay for that room …and the amount charged to us was average 20k per night which in India should give you at least above standard category rooms as the hotels were all 3-4 star hotels…We were not informed about the extra charges to be paid during the travel in shikara ride …It mentioned shikara included in package but never mentioned that the main sightseeing through shikara is not included for which you have to pay extra…for Gandola ride too the agent never informed us that there is a phase 2 of it as well which will be chargeable and the package mentioned that Gandola included…I had to search and clarify if the 2nd phase is included…Overall be very careful when booking through travel agents as they charge the maximum from you for the hotels and the result you get in return is much much below ur expectations…

    Misguided and Unresponsive

    They didn’t even know which course is relevant to your profile and got you refusal and after refusal they didn’t even pick up your calls and they put all blame on the ircc. I had last chance to get my visa but they ruined it.

    I bought The Weenkd tickets to Berlin…I bought The Weenkd tickets to Berlin concert in 2020, after many times concert organizers postponed concert, at the end concert was cancelled, and cancellation is obviously due to covid-19. Instead of having full refund, Onlineticketshop send me voucher. Contacted them thru email, they repeated same useless information basically that they can’t refund anything.I don’t recommend buying any tickets from this website if you want to lose money (I lost 115euro)

    Dont buy ticket at onelineticketshopDont buy ticket at onelineticketshop. You wont get your money back, if your concert is cancelled.After our concert was cancelled, Onelineshop send us a voucher to another event. After another 2year we should be able to get yuor money back, they wrote us.The 2 year are now gone and so are our money. The company dont answer the Phone ore emai ore pay back the 400 euro theybown us.

    Deceived and Disappointed

    I would never recommend this consultancy to anyone. Mr. Deepak and Aarti spoilt my case. They took 6400₹ or I would say duped my money in the name of application fee and forwarded an incomplete file with my main, graduation certificate missing. College repeatedly asked for correction and they neither responded me nor to them. Because of their negligence and ill response in context to my file I’m now almost behind 10 months for the next available intake. I was asked repeatedly why have you put a bad review and indirectly insisted me to remove the review. I believe all the reviews are fake or what because of which I trusted them. Go for some reputed and professional consultants, they are just duping money and not responding to calls.

    Dont waste time they are irresponsive staff especially who is sitting in the telecaller. bad service and experience. waste of money. they are doing advertisement of 5 band canada PR IN MONTREAL. they dont know the rules. owner dont care about the customers. staff is useless. Dont even prefer for studnet visa file. dont put the visa file from This place its a trap. they need money only. telemarketing lady call everytime even we denied frequently.

    Most reviews posted here are from their own employees and friends ! I have not got a refund of 3000 dollars from these crooks even after a year the flights were cancelled during the pandemic ! BUYERS BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS . Mr Abay(guy on medical leave whenever i call for my refund) Mr Nithesh forces you to deposit money immediately or he will say the we will lose the ticket ! Anitha who wasted our time ! . ChaIthanya who doesn’t even check or call back with the refund status ! what a bunch of unprofessional people they have . All they care about is to get every dollar out of you and once they have achieved that , they will not provide the service or refunds easily if the flights are cancelled . NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM . CURRENTLY THEY ARE ADVERTISING TICKETS FOR 650 DOLLARS BE CAREFUL . Their boss THE KINGPIN OF THIS WHOLE SCAM IS MR NEERAJ WHO KEEPS MAKING PROMISES THAT THEY CANNOT KEEP . THIS COMPANY HAS GIVEN ME A LOT OF STRESS FOR OVER 1.5 TO 2 YEARS !     Scam…scam…scam…Hi I booked tickets for my brother last year in December with Nitish the flight schedule was 1 December with Singapore Airlines. When I booked the flight they told me it’s charter flight never cancel. When I call them on 30 November about the flight schedule they say it’s canceled from Singapore airlines. I asked my refund they told me I will get my fully refund within 60 to 90 days. Even after 5 month I am chasing via Mail about my refund and after 1 more week they are saying we got only $1030 refund from airlines then when I say I am not happy with this amount as of I pay $1750 and you guys refunding $1030 so they told give us few day we will chase with airlines again and get back to you and after 2 day they are telling me we can refund $1130 I know what this guys are doing with customer money. I keep calling them not a good response just telling me we waiting from the airline. I just want to say this company is fraud they just get money and use people hard work money. I am just concerned if you guys didn’t solve my issue I will take this case to next level and put this to all group on social media and go with fair trade & ombudsman.

    Broken Promises and Ignored Requests

    I have been a loyal customer buying at lease 4 times with this mobPlease be careful when using these guys , once the money is paid the service drops to ZeroI booked two tickets to colombo on Singapore air ,Singapore air lines changed my itinerary by delaying my flight to colombo by a day and I had to pay for the hotel ..Now on my return the flight was advanced by a day and me and the wife has no where to sleep on 31/12/22My flight zone and it’s incompetent staff simply ignored my request for accommodation for the 31/12/22, which was the done thing when an airline cancels a scheduled flight and leave the passengers in S…Finally staff at my flight Zone said to me that they have requested Singapore air lines about my request , however when in Singapore I rang the Singapore air and they said no such request was made by my flight zone ,Please refrain from using my flight zone , you don’t need stress ,

The company operate on mischief and con people who come to them for migration consultation. After making the payment they don’t respond to your communications I would not recommend anyone to them.
