    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Not responding to issue reported number of times

    on 07.04.2024, Purchased air cooler of Ken star, and Hapipola Smart watch bearing price of 9200 together, on the next day it self there was a leakage in the air cooler, I bring notice to concern person of Pai electronics Tumkur, till date it was not resolved. There was a leakage in the first day of use, till date nothing has been made and attended our query.

    Frustration with Rehlat

    I have had a horrible experience 3 times in a row!!!You will book the ticket since the price is cheaper by 5%. Once you book they will send you email that your payment is done and however booking is unsuccessful. After multiple follow-ups the customer service agent says that booking takes minimum 24 hrs. for confirmation. (This is the only travel agent that takes 24 hrs. for confirmation, however rest all agents confirm the ticket in minutes)That said, even after multiple follow-ups, I still didn’t get ticket confirmation after 24 hrs. And this was consistent for the 3rd booking. At times I get an email from Rehlat that now fares have been increased and you have to pay extra to confirm your tickets. Again, when we ask them to cancel the tickets, you have to follow-up for months to get your own money back. (I have still not received my refund for cancellation)I will not recommend anyone to buy any Air tickets from Rehlat.Most horrible experience ever!!!!I believe with such customer experience they are providing, the company will be closed soon, and I wish they should close soon!

    The Reality Behind the Deals

    Fraud travel agencyI found this travel agency by checking cheapest price on Google, I did some preliminary research about the company and booked my stay through them. After making the reservation, I thought of taking confirmation from the hotels and to my surprise no hotel had booking in my name from their agency. I contacted them (only email option I could found) and they agreed for refund. Now they processed the cancellations but refund is not processed by them, I am following up with them since 22nd Jan, 2023 but still my refund is not processed by them.I would suggest that no-one should ever try to book with them otherwise you will be in trouble, neither you will get your booking nor your refund. I hope I get my refund some day from them otherwise I shall resort to filing a cyber crime compliant against them.Today on 14th Apr, 2023, I have written to Rehlat CEO, Bader Albader over LinkedIn for my refund. Let me wait for an update from him and post it accordingly.

    One of the un organization travel agency,,you will face lost of issue during the travel with it…They never ever able to make pick up on there on time scheduled….The service of conductore and the ticket booker they are the most worst person… If any reson your booked vehicle cancelled from there end they will not composite for thre end 🔚 and one more thing they have fully rights to change off your tracking bus time..the sitting arrangement it’s very confusing the online it’s diffrent and actual it’s different they will change it accordingly off there one sided…

    Unprofessional Behavior

    this is a disgusting bus having a very bad experience with the tanaaz travel. I book the bus from Mumbai to Hyderabad. first, the bus is not on time and service is ridiculous they provide dirty pillows and stained blanket like you can’t use it and service boy is rude in behaviour. I would like to share with you guys my experience, the bus driver is stopping the bus somewhere and loading unwanted fruit boxes of someone like he is doing a side business and also not in a bus luggage cabin instant of that he kept all boxes in bus seat stock (seat pitch) this is ridiculous not a passenger bus but a cargo bus, the worst experience has ever…

    False Promises and Unsafe Conditions

    Taj Tour And Travel – Cheater and a Scam Company We at Gupta Infosolutions Pvt Ltd, Booked a group corporate tour of 16 People to celebrate our new year evening in manali with Taj tour and Travel, but this bullshit guy Mr. Kapil ruined everything. He was very polite and responsive until the tour was not booked and as soon as we booked the tour with Taj Tour and Travel and transferred the advance, he started becoming rude and non-responsive. Everything your need to inquire about your tour and he will always ask you to call you back in 10 mins but never ever call you back. We asked him(Kapil & Taj tour and travel) to book 8 rooms for double sharing in Manali and he agreed on the same. But when we reached to hotel, hotelier guy says that Taj Tour and Travel only booked 4 rooms for you on quad sharing, I called Kapil and he says, allow me 10 mins and I will call you back but he never called back and when I call him back, phone was switched off and the Taj tour and Travel never get back to us. And when I called him the next day, A simple sorry was there with an excuse. Though, things wasn’t over there because we felt chated but on the last day which was in Kasol, Mr. Kapil and Taj Tour and Travel messed up more than what he did in last 2 days, we reached Kasol at approx 9 PM on the destination which was provided in the confirmation voucher and the hotelier says that we don’t have any booking with them. I showed the voucher to hthem and they said that Taj Tour and Travel don’t have any booking. And we again called to Mr. Kapil and after some hot talk, he just switched off his phone. We were standing there for like 30 mins for some kind of resolution but nothing was there and Mr. Kapil & Taj tour and travel never thought that we have Girls in our tour which is completely unsafe. So in last, if you want to ruin your Holidays or special days, avoid this company Taj Tour and Travel, Janakpuri, New Delhi. Completely cheaters and Scammer people. Mr. Kapil, A message for you, you don’t have any rights to ruin anyone’s special moments just because of money. For you, money may matter but it’s not for everyone. So please please please don’t ruins anyones special moments. Hope Mouthshut will help to resolve this issues and be aware to such kind of scammers companies.

    Deception and Disappointment

    Scam, cheaters We booked a trip to kerala and they provided a deaf and dumb driver so we had to talk to local cab drivers and pay extra 12k apart from trip, and kapxx was saying to adjust with the driver who came for the first time in city and cannot speak. they provided hotels in slum area despite booking premium package which was over the standard and deluxe prices. No hotel they booked had AC and they promised single bedroom houseboat with upper deck but provided 7 family sharing houseboat and we had to share with 7 other families. Cheaters and frauds, I will be filing a consumer case against them and will engage an advocate until their company is closed.

    Regrettable Journey

    Worst experience in all the terms like quite poor quality of washroom facilities , water wasn’t available in washrooms and unhygienic condition of the coaches . This would be the first and last train journey from this train . I went through sever health condition during the journey due to such messed ups neither it’s on time (2hrs late). I would like to request to work on the condition as, I went through all the comments and all of them mentioned the same.

    Disappointing Journey

    First of all don’t even dare to use toilet. For god sake eat less and drink less, only that can save your journey. Seats are very uncomfortable. Less space for luggage. I was wishing that if somehow I can get other option from upcoming station and get rid off from this train. Please don’t go for this train. Once I reach home I need to sanitize my complete luggage. Very dirty.

    Inexcusable Experience

    I had worst experience. I booked AC Seater bus. Trust me – the bus was stinking as I entered. Then after few mins the water was coming inside. And bus went late by 4hrs – without any breakdown. If I ask driver/attender he says they are doing their best, if not happy he asked us to drive the vechicle. And the next day morning when collected the luggage – it was completely drenched. For all this experience I paid 2200rs for AC seater. I sent email to their customer service next day itself, so far no one cared to reply also. Never going to travel again through this travels…

    Unsatisfactory Service

    Service is not upto the mark I traveled from visakhapatnam to guntur. The bus was supposed to start on 17.4.23 at 10.05pm but it started at 11.30pm. AC is also not working properly as driver also agreed and shifted to another bus at 11.45pm. I’m supposed to reach guntur by 6.00AM on 18.4.23but they left all the guntur passengers in the vijaywada is the last stop. And said to go to guntur on our expenses. This is second time likely happened for me now. Please file a complaint and take necessary action so that no passenger will face the problem because private travels even after paying money.

    Rude driver behaviour Hello Team We booked 6 sleeper AC tickets in your travels the bus scheduled was 10:30 from tirupati but it came 11:15PM. We travelled from tirupati to Vijayawada and due to the Ac bus My father want to go for wash room since one hour we are requesting driver the door was locked from driver side.We are requesting him but we were unable to open at our end.Due to that my father in law anger as my father unable to control his urine due to sugar.And when our father in law angrily asked please stop the bus driver said and he rudely used vulguar language on our family ladies, please ask your wife to come and open and any lady from your home to open the door like that .And he beated my father in law due to they both are fought angrily…I have travelled many of travels never faced this kind of rude behaviour driver in the bus.

    Overcharged and Underwhelmed

    not provided trip as mentioned in the itinerary I and my family traveled to bangalore-mysore – ooty trip on 13-aug-17 to 15-aug, they mentioned in the itinerary as standard a/c rooms but they have not give at least good rooms without ac. They charged 18, 000 thousand. I felt very bad with this travels. It should not happen with others. Please take action. They are maintaining multiple websites mentioned below and doing fraud with people.
