    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Unacceptable Service and Attitude: A Scathing Review of Bilaspur's Hospitality

    Services were beyond pathetic food was bad and attitude of entire staff was errogant negative non co operative . Height of unprofessional attitude is they outrightly refused to provide even chilled water to drink were temperature was 45 plus in Bilaspur.

    Poor Facilities, High Charges

    From 13th to 20th June 2022 utilized their services for char dham trip. Overall experience is unsatisfactory. Lot of improvements in terms of customers satisfaction requires to be done.High charges but poor facilities. OUR REQUIREMENTS WERE IGNORED AND HANDLED IN the most UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER.Wish and hope customer satisfaction for the charges taken is reciprocated in a fair way.SNOW CREST accomodation at Badrinath is disastrous as food is lousy ALL THE TIMES and there was mob fighting inside the Hotel lobby in the presence of Hotel Snow crest owner. It was risky and lousy for tourists like us. Avoid stay at SNOW CREST BADRINATH HOTEL.Sirsa heights accommodation is still under construction especcialy dining areas are open likely exposure to rain , wind… needs to be taken care.All the Trip members were NOT accommodated at the same place and were flown at far away timings. Resulted in some of the tour members DISCONNECTING from all others throughout the trip. Such things were never informed in advance to the trip. Last minute helpless situation the members are put in to.Genuine requirements of CUSTOMERS SHALL BE TAKEN CARE and given priority. Last minute one sided approach is disastrous and CUSTOMERS ARE KEPT IN COMPLETELY HELPLESS SITUATION.WISH AND HOPE THESE ARE TAKEN CARE FOR FUTURE.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THE ULTIMATE.

    Disappointed with Time Tour World

    Fraud by time tour world Same thing happened to me and I paid money of 6000.Times tour world did fraud with me. They call and said that I am lucky customer of Snapdeal and will get a package.In this package we have to pay Rs.5999 and we will get three gift that phone, laptop and led TV with anywhere tour in India with family free with breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 night and 3 days and hotels are also free. I paid.and asked for gift (phone).They said gift is dispatched by Indian post through EM[protected]IN but till now not received.And according in email written I can cancel with in 7 days.today is 5th day and I am calling and mailing them for gift status and cancellation the package but no one is picking the phone and not replying of emails.I asked for refund but no one is answering.

    Disappointing Experience

    Ticket cancellation charges – not refunded I have booked a ticket to Coimbatore from Chennai[protected] with a fare of Rs.998/-. Due to an emergency situation, i wanted to cancel the ticket booked thro’ their website before 24 hrs.(My PNR – THARAI005753, Seat No.25) Cancellation policy as per Tharai travels in their website, http://www.tharaitravels.com/ Cancellation / Refunds: Ticket cancellations: For ticket cancelled before 3:00Pm on the date of journey 10% shall be deducted on the fare. No refund will be paid after 3:00Pm on the date of journey. (No refund will be given to passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time.) When I was trying to cancel the ticket with the given PNR, it is saying that the ticket booked is INVALID. I was shocked for a moment and approached the customer care number given in their website. Almost for an hour, i have been set in a spin by the Tharai transport officials and gave the mobile number of owner ([protected]) to cancel the ticket from their agent ID. Finally, I have been told that the tickets are now cancelled and said that the money will be refunded in a week’s time based on the bank rules & regulations. I waited for a week and found that the amount was not credited back in my account. Till date, I didn’t get any response from Tharai travels on the money I have spent. I suggest not to travel in Tharai travels as the people including the owner and irresponsible.

    Regarding poor passenger services Tharai travels is worst. No call from the diver. Msg came at the neck of the time…Driver didn’t pick up the passengers from the mentioned pickup point… Didn’t attend the phone call even after several attempts .. Worst seats, , soaked with water… No proper functioning of push back… Can’t able to switch off ac even it is raining.. No proper customer service… Worst travels.. It is not worth to pay money in this bus.. Normal government bus is better than this.

    Avoid This Travel Company

    If you are passenger expect minimum basic requirements of service from the travels, better don’t choose this travel. Kindly avoid to book this travel. Because you can’t expect even upto the tamilnadu government’s local village bus quality mark from this travel. Price they are charging 700 rupees for seater, 1000 rupees for sleepers. But actually, seater not even worth for 350 rupees and sleeper not even worth for 500 rupees. One of the very worst bus to travel and service by the bus people to passengers also very worst. See the below photographs. The bed sheets nad seat covers they have not changed over the months of period. All the bed covers and seats are very ugly. Seats quality is very poor. Fans are not working. Smell inside the bus is very bad. Also please note that, whomever put good Google reviews all are working in this travel’s and known people of this travels. So don’t believe all those things. Because all the evidences are posted below

    False Guarantees and Broken Promises

    Royal holiday horrible timeshare experience My wife and i were pitched, the sale of our existing timeshare was a condition of purchase at royal holiday. The salesperson misled us about the guarantee to sell our existing timeshare for $62, 750. We didn’t get the guarantee until we were leaving after signing the contract. The guarantee was for no more than to list the property for sale for $62, 750. We talked about the rci bonus weeks we were getting. We talked about the cost of $179 or $189 a week. Nothing was said about having to pay maintenance fees first. We were told we were getting a $90, 000 annuity. We then found later it was an “anticipated” annuity. When you look back to see all the slimy sales tactics playing on our emotions and when good questions were asked about risk and financial commitment or guarantees of pay back the way the sales men to conned us deflected every time. After many useless calls, we decided to act by our side. We hired “mexican timeshare solutions” to cancel our timeshare and after 3 months, we were free from all the payments, maintenances fees or any relation with royal holiday. Be aware, do not hire any company to sell your timeshare all of them are scam and they work together with the resort and never pay anything in advance. It was a hard lesson to learn but we did. We had our doubts because in some websites we read that mexican timeshare solutions, charged in advance, but since we had our free consultation with them, they clarified us that we do not have to pay anything in advance until our contract is canceled and that these comments were placed by the resort that wants to stains the image of them and prevent people from canceling their timeshare contracts with them. So ignore those comments, have your free consultation and cancel your contract!!

    Royal Holiday Timeshare Nightmare

    royal holiday timeshare scam, please be careful My husband and i bought from royal holiday on oct.20, 2006. We paid 8, 520.00. We had paid annual fees since then. I have small dogs that i do not like to leave behind. None of the properties accept dogs, so i really don’t enjoy my trips we are both 70 and we need to find properties that are not all inclusive and in locations that are impacted by a lot of tourists or not close to the amenities that we prefer. I contacted the resort and i told them that i want to cancel my membership and they told me that it was impossible. I sent them several emails but the answer was always negative. I hired a lawyer firm that achieved the cancellation. It has been a very long and stressful year but very rewarding when our ordeal with this unwanted timeshare was finally resolved. We hope no one ever has to go through this nightmare! Thank mexican timeshare solutions for a successful outcome and it was a pleasure working with them. If you are an old couple, beware of timeshare they are definitely not for you.

The owner Vishal And his team is the worst people (I won’t even call them professionals) to deal with, they make sure u pay And then when ur money is stuck with them u go for a hell ride.Locals in Kailash And Nepal speak so down about this company specially Vishal the owner as he owes money to all the local vendors And no One will be able to sort out the mess u will be in.All the local vendors keep the groups held as they dnt get paid by Max Holidays. Before covid And after covid they are running a shaam.STAY AWAY AND GO FOR ANYOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR TRAVEL NEEDS.

    Refund Struggle

    Refund not received I have booked my seat from Jaipur to sumerpur but as the bus was stuck at Delhi as informed by Bus driver/conductor and bus will be reach by office at 1 – 2 pm and 5 hour delay from the departure time from Jaipur. I request to the driver/conductor to refund my amount. They confirmed they have cancelled my ticket and I will get my refund but still refund not received. Kindly request you to pls do the needful.

    Rude, drunk staff person They left me 30kms away from the city on highway. I told them to wait so I can call someone at my house to know the nearest possible drop point or bypass, but the driver and bus staff did not listen to me.They were very rude. Also I think he was drunk(other guy). The bus number is AR01T9411.. Date 22 Nov from pune to ahemdabaad. Pathetic service. Never going to book ticket from this travels again.

    Overcrowded Sleeper Class

    Frustrated reserved ticket passengerHi I am going on Howrah mail in sleeper class maybe it will be my first and last experience in it. Never going to travel on sleeper class againIn the coach of 6 passengers their are 9 passengers sitting here. Which only 3 passengers are having confirmed ticket. The person which is having only single ticket confirmed is having excuse of that he is having a family with him of 3 more people. The frustrated person is not whom is having the waiting ticket, frustrated is the person who is having a lower berth ticket because he is not having any space to lay down and rest and sleep.There should be a rule that the person with unreserved/waiting ticket should be fined+not allowed to seat on other’s seatPlease Take Serious Action

    Disgusting Conditions

    If i could rate in the negative i would…If i could rate in the negative i would -4. 1215pm 02750 to Kanpur from Delhi. Having had my wallet stolen in the crush to get aboard the train, it was not possible to to take my luggage to my seat inside the railcar. The porter disappeared before boarding with a good wad of my cash. I was heavily laden with bags that i use for my business operations. I was then forced to sit (for security of my valuables) on the filthy floor adjacent to the toilet. It stank of feces. The railcar boys thought this was all a bit of a joke. The ticket inspector, nor any other of this shabby crew offered to help. I spent 6 hours in this position. It was extremely uncomfortable i am 62 years old.The rail car was deeply filthy and unfit for humans. Maybe India rail would do well looking after cattle…their threshold of acceptance is much lower.I offer to do a course in cleaning and maintenance for your ‘carriages’ Although i am not a professional cleaner i sure as hell know how to make things fit for humans. I give -4 because the train arrived on schedule.Time for security cameras on your platforms?…the low life scum is making plenty of money from the lack of surveillance.As they say…Never again.

    Underwhelmed in Kerala

    Disappointed I was really looking forward to visiting Kerala, as I had heard so many great things about it. However, I was very disappointed with my experience. The first thing that struck me was the pollution. The air was thick with smoke from factories and vehicles, and the beaches were covered in garbage. I had never seen anything like it before. The second thing that bothered me was the traffic. It was absolutely horrendous. I spent hours stuck in traffic jams, and I even saw a few accidents. The third thing that I didn’t like was the food. I found it to be very bland and uninspired. There was nothing that really stood out to me. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience in Kerala. I would not recommend it to anyone. Here are some specific examples of the problems I encountered: The air pollution was so bad that I had to wear a mask whenever I went outside. The beaches were covered in garbage, including plastic bottles, food wrappers, and even human waste. The traffic was so bad that I often spent hours stuck in traffic jams. The food was very bland and uninspired. I found myself eating the same few dishes over and over again. I understand that Kerala is a beautiful state with a lot to offer visitors. However, I believe that the problems I encountered outweigh the positives. I would not recommend Kerala to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I hope that this review is helpful to others who are considering visiting Kerala.

    Misleading and Uncomfortable

    It was very unhappy experience with TTDC. I have booked ticket for me n my wife. My kid was 4 years old. They compelled me to take ticket of Rs. 1700 which is of no worth, no where there was age limit. As 3 bus seat were vacant they made me uncomfortable. They gave lunch at tirupathi which is not served hot and spicy too. Not worth of booking Rs. 2000 volvo per ticket package especially tirupathi trip. Couldn’t worship tiruchanoor temple and it was closed between 4pm to 7pm which was not known by guide. Lunch given at 4 pm which is hectic and old aged persons will take time to reach spots which was not cared. I do not recommend this package to anyone especially senior people. They took tonsure spot where no hot water. Guest house TTDC is another worst except toilet. Completely unhappy with TTDC.

    Misguided and Mistreated

    They are a scam don’t provide what they promised planned a family trip for new year for gangtok lachen lachung nathula pass changu lake baba mandir and gurudongmar lake . Gurudongmar lake lachen lachung was closed due to bad weather so we requested them to arrange a trip to zuluk because we had 3 days a leisure for which they did charged us extra 8000 INR on top of that on last day fortunatley changu lake opened and they said that we can go there only after 9 AM whereas we told them that we are ready to move early morning as well but they said that the pass will be issued after 9AM only and because we went at 9 AM there was lot of traffic up there because of which we where not able to visit the lake and we had to return mid way whereas the very next day my cousion and his friends booked it from other tour operater and he took them to changu lake early morning 5 AM and they reached there by 8 AM and they where able to explore the whole lake without any problem , worst service , no professionalism only misguiding people , wont recommend it to anyone .
