    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Deceptive Practices

    It’s a pay to apply job siteTotal scam site. They charge extra for their Apply4ME feature which I found out they are not actually sending my personal information. It says the applicant is using the automated application fill in feature, contact applicant for more info. I never received one single call for an interview. I’m a professional with two master degrees and 16 years experience! Also, they have a resume service which is also a rip off. Top Resume is affiliated with Ladders, I signed up and a month later they had not even assigned me to a writer. When I tried to cancel they tried to refuse to cancel. Had to get my bank involved. The 4 star reviews here are suspicious, notice most encourage you to sign up for premium?

    Hi Would like to share my experience with Wings Travel Pune. This is pathetic company in this sector. they are not at all professional. I am doing business with them since last 6 months still they have not paid my billed amount.Would like to tell all never ever attached your car or bus with them. Owner also very unprofessional he never come on calls and never respond emails.never do any business with this company you will face only losses.

    Ticket cancellation amount refund Dear sir, I booked Air ticket from Kolkata to Visakhapatnam on 01 st Feb2022 Date of booking (travel date of 02/02/2022), Payment for Rs 5258.00 debited my SBI card In this connection I received a phone call from your office that my booking was cancelled the amount will be refunded in 7-8 working days. But till this date that was not done. Please do the needful. Matter most urgent.

    Fraud company. They sound impressive but leave you stranded once you’ve done the payments.We have quite a number of people from India who have fallen into his trap and stuck in Poland since one year. This person gave lot of promises and hopes but does nothing because he doesn’t know what to do.Cheated each student and some people have paid 10,00,000 INR.

    It is not enough to say very bad, bad bad bad, I am the same person lying in this profile pitcher….. He has stuck to all the people in this picture, not one or two people…. At least one person in this photo, believe me if this great soul is good. ……. Please don’t anyone believe it…. He is the biggest living example of Udaip…. Not one or two, there are about 30 nurses who are still suffering because of him.     pathetic service. i paid them 30k for my overseas job service last year December. they were unsuccessful with that so as per there contract i was to get my refund if no service is provided within 45 working days. since last 2.5 months i have been waiting and they were daily pushing the date forward and now they have stopped answering my calls and all of there company no are either switched off or not available. please do not waste your time and money by taking any services from them. Please if anyone who can help me get back my money i will appreciate that.

    Unmet Expectations

    As per our agreement it has been more than 2 months to cancel the agreement due to my personal reasons. Still you people haven’t refund the amount. When you needed money your people called me many times in a day and when I try to contact you, you don’t response either my email nor refunding the money.I don’t think it’s a professional way to deal with your clint. I am just posting this review for getting your response and refund.

    Missed Deadlines, Higher Costs

    I wish I could give zero star to the extremely poor service of Akbar Travels. I took thier services for Singapore Visa from Bangalore office and I am sorry to say it was the worst Visa experience I ever had. Before the payment, Mumbai office will be in contact with you. Once the payment is done, role of Mumbai office ends and Bangalore office take charge. And Bangalore office is absolutely not responsive. Special mention to Mr. Ashokan who doesn’t know how to talk to clients. Everytime you call him he is very rude. Akbar Travels must work on Mr. Ashokan’s customer support skills first. It was Mr. Anthony who were always polite and listened to our queries. Special thanks to him.All my documents were shared with them on 8th March but they submitted my application on 20th March only. And I got my visa on 28th March when my travel date was 4th April. Because of Akbar’s delay in application submission, I have to book my attraction at higher price.I would suggest everyone to not to take thier Visa service if you want a peaceful trip.

    Trapped in a Travel Nightmare

    Booked a hotel for night in Phoenix on the phone with this terrible company! The guy on the phone insisted he found a hotel with rooms available. He insisted let’s reserved the room with your credit card number. I was like you sure I can check in at 3am? He said yes! Just need your credit card. So I gave him my card over the phone. I went to the hotel to check-in no rooms available. Hotel was at full capacity! . He doesn’t know why the guy on the phone booked this when he didn’t even call the hotel to confirm? So I was so mad! 3am Saturday morning. No Hotel. Every Hotel in the Phoenix area is full for the weekend. So I called the number back. Told him you lied to me! I want my money back! I want the chargers reversed ASAP! So I can have the money. He said it will take over 10 businesses days to get your refund! . WTF? I need the money now! You stole my money. Sold me a hotel room that wasn’t even available! He was working under commission I found out. He was pressed to make a sale.So I couldn’t find a replacement Hotel. I had to sleep in my car that night! The guy on the phone was a not helpful. Couldn’t give me my money back right then! He said you got to wait 10 businesses days. I booked this with Expedia, but they send me to a Travel Agency under the name World Wide. Not sure how that happened? Never again! No one should ever have to wait this long for a refund for a hotel reservation! Needs to be Instantly! Don’t ever go with this company! Here is the phone number to this terrible company. I will be contacting the attorney general also about this company! Calling my bank to get those charges reversed! Can’t keep waiting for my money to appear back into my bank account!Travel Agency under the name World Wide.

    EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They don’t value your money. It’s better to do things on your own rather than taking up their service. Only take up their service if you want to ruin your peace of mind.I was going on a business trip through my employer and thought of taking my spouse along. Had taken their service for my spouse’s visa. Firstly they don’t pick up the call and you have to keep following up with them till the last date. They will keep you hanging till the last moment for the documents.Once this was done, they quoted additional amount for the itinerary which was never discussed that itinerary was at additional cost. And when I wasn’t ready to pay extra, they went to the level of cursing.I told them to drop me an official mail for the additional cost and not have these conversations on phone or whatsapp. They never dropped any official email. Later on I ended up paying additional amount for the itinerary as I didn’t want to be harassed on phone calls anymore.
