    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Unprofessional Operators

    Worst operators. lot of hidden information. 2 star hotels provided for 3 star packages.extra charges to be paid at the hotels for which no information provided. Changed hotel at last moment with much worse condition and amenities. Worst driver who has problem with going at places. Extra charges on credit card payment which is again mentioned at the last moment to be paid at the hotel. Really rude mananger at North india tours named neeraj and really dumb operator named sonal. Better arrange for you own driver and book hotels at much cheaper rate and better aminities via MMT. Would have given minus star if possible.

    Disastrous Experience

    One star for the acceptable hotels except for one in Agra which was stained and moldy at each corner. My elderly parents had the worst experience ever with this 11days trip. A nightmare which they had to endure for fear of their safety (being an elderly couple in a foreign country). The trip was ruined from the start which was probably due to their delayed flight but not exactly. The driver (SANDEEP) is such a horrible person who was rude, inconsiderate, greedy and have no clue about customer service. My parents were told that they needed to pay him if they need to have the AC turned on in the cab (imagine travelling 10hrs in a cab with no AC). No AC was turned ON for the entire 11days trip! My parents refused tour guides after having engaged some at several sites. He lost his commission, so I suppose it’s okay to treat your customer horribly. The driver will stop at least 1KM from each site and says the cab could not go any further when in fact, that is where the tour guides will be flocking the tourists so he can get his commission when my parents engage one. He will pick them up right at the entrance after the sightseeing though. They were pestered to go on adventure activities/rides and make purchases only at recommended shops, obviously for commission. When my parents did not & shopped elsewhere, he will be annoyed and give them the attitude. The driver even told my mum “You are not even going to buy anything” when asked why they were not taken to the shawl factory which was part of the itinerary. Is it an obligation to buy anything at all? They did not even cover one of the temple in the itinerary because it was “closed” although they started the day at 5am for it. They were not able to do any pitstop during the long journeys as his “job is to only deliver them from point A to point B” or otherwise they needed to pay him. He was utterly disrespectful and rude whenever my parents expressed their dissatisfaction. My parents did not tell us anything about their issues with the driver when we were in touch as to not to cause any trouble. Otherwise, I would have called the agency to complaint and ask them to take an action but I guess the agency would have turned a blind eye regardless according to some of the reviews here. Never trust this agency for your planned holidays and vacations. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to book this agency and WILL NEVER EVER engage them again.

Bloody worst behaviour guy & no mannersI booked tickets from murdeshwara to banglore for 8:10 & he came 7:30 before 40 mins & forcing me to come fast & also saying within 10 mins if you are not coming i am going awayBecause we didn’t eaten food alsoThen he stopped bus & then i asked him can i eat tiffen or bot but he didn’t replied also how worst this isAnd then when we are eating tuffen that too within 5 mins he started bus & saying this is not tourist bus you booked & saying something bad in his language & this is disgusting & i want to complaint about this & alao other driver he came near to me & he thinks he is yash in kgf & coming & talking overly that is very cheap & i don’t want to leave this issue & i want to make this as orime example for others to know about theese cheap things

    Unacceptable Experience

    One of the worst experiences I have had in recent times. I had booked tickets in 2+1 sleeper for my Father and my 2 kids who were accompanying him from Manipal to Bengaluru.- Departure time was 9.50 pm. We were called and told to be at destination by 9.30 pm.- Bus arrived @ 10.20 pm.- Upon arrival the driver announces the bus will be changed as it’s getting faulty.- The bus started from Manipal, but was docked in Udupi for the next half hour in wait of replacement- The replacement bus was a very old Bus. seats were torn ( not exaggerating).By now couple of people walked off from their tickets/seats saying this is just undone.- Bus breakdown at Ghati where the driver announces he doesn’t hav spare tire. The wait for spare tyre starts.- After about 1.5hrs and sheer luck of getting spare from another bus driver, started making way to Bengaluru.This is atrocious. Especially when you hav sent kids with their grandparents, paying Sri Durgamba the premium price for tickets. @sridurgambatravels pls give me an official number or ID where I can lodge a formal complaint.

    Frustration with Zyppys

    Unrealible Cab aggregator Recently I booked a tempo Traveller via zyppys for a 3 day trip. The booking was with with PicNTic. Trouble started on the day of the travel. The driver assigned for the trip refused to turn up and after 3 hrs of to and fro PicNTic was not able to provide any alternatives. But the worst part is Zyppys completely absolved itself from any responsibility. Only solution they provided was to cancel the booking which is really unprofessional of them. If they are providing the platform and booking is done via their site, they cannot recuse themselves from any responsibility. I won’t book again from zyppys just for the realibility factor.

    Customer Betrayal

    This was my 5 th trip with zyppys. First four were awesome. Today I had my booking at morning 4 am. The vendor was savaari who is equally responsible. They cancelled the trip 3 hours before the trip. Both pointed fingers at each other. I was seriously mentally harassed. They just barely refunded me the advance amount. My hotel booking to Pondicherry is completely gone to loss thanks to them, whoever is responsible but since I booked it through zippys i hold them sole responsible.Irrespective of the great experience the last four times I am so disappointed in Zyppys for this that I am uninstalling the app right now. I had booked my cab long time back and did not deserve this. I asked for my compensation for my hotel loss but the only support their support had to offer was “We are sorry Sir”And isse mereko ghanta farak painda hai. You just played with my trip. Will not even think about recommending you to anyone. Thank you for your kind service. Goodbye!

    Regrettable Decision

    My spouse and I reserved a spot on the Do Dham Yatra via Yatra.Com, which would cover the travel from Rishikesh to Sirsi-Shri Kedarnathji to Sirsi-Shri Badrinathji-Rishikesh from September 16 to September 20.The package includes helicopter tickets for Shri Kedarnathji to and from, which they verified prior to the trip.The Yatra person verified that the heli tickets would be given to the hotel on September 16th, 22nd, even though the heli journey took place on September 17th.I repeatedly mailed and called Yatra to request an early delivery of my heli tickets, but on September 16, 17, and 18, they did not deliver. Each time they requested that we wait for a while. We ultimately decided to travel by horseback after learning that Yatra is unable to sell tickets for Helicopter travel.

    Inconvenience and Mismanagement

    Don’t book flight on yatra.com ever. While booking Flight from trivendrum to mumbai terminal was T2. Due to operational issues terminal got changed (much before date of departure). But yatra team has not informed it at all. At end moment i had to rush to T1 terminal to catch flight. I had to pay extra cash to cab. Waste of time money and energy. Even website was not properly for web check in.

    SHAMELESS COMPANY VIA WORLD I Sumit Kochar has taken Agency of Via World I had a very Bad Experience with it, I booked an rail ticket, In my ticket the company has written that t their your booking has been aborted and amount will be refunded to you in 20 minutes.but after 30 minutes i made the aborted ticket again and again same problem. after 1 hour both tickets were booked.and i have an big loss. I kept a request to Customer care of Via World at the beginning stage but he said both tickets are booked and then we cancel the ticket and amount will be giving to us is only below than 10% of the ticket. They are really shameless. Don’t take this agency, as an Agent am feeling shame to say this.

    Professionalism is definitely there but they are more skewed at the credit side of the table. An organisation should strike a balance between it’s fees and deliverables. The hills economics are different from plains but prices apparently are steeper across services and they do not shy away asking for meagre amount per point rather per kms. Flexibility is a distant call, u can expect from them. It’s mindset issue than economies. Behaviour is excellent . A gross training is utmost required for a pleasant experience. It was okay kind of experience.
