    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Enhancing Customer Experience

    Professionalism is definitely there but they are more skewed at the credit side of the table. An organisation should strike a balance between it’s fees and deliverables. The hills economics are different from plains but prices apparently are steeper across services and they do not shy away asking for meagre amount per point rather per kms. Flexibility is a distant call, u can expect from them. It’s mindset issue than economies. Behaviour is excellent . A gross training is utmost required for a pleasant experience. It was okay kind of experience.

    Negative Experience with Patel Travels

    Very bad experience.Wrong information share in online and poor service.No blanket provide without extra Rs.100.No water bottle provide upto 3.5 hr & when ask cleaner then provide. Rough behaviour of cleaner with passages. No drops in city. Only drop at Greenland Chokdi Rajkot which is first and last point of Rajkot. Next time we have to think about Patel Travels.

    Ticket did not get booked and money got deducted I made a booking from TripOdeal site and it was written booking will be confirmed in 30-45 mins but neither I get any ticket booking confirmation nor did I get any refund. I called customer care but no answer. My booking id #TOD00306591. This company is fraud and i have lost 12k. Please highlight this company at every social platform and stop them from looting common people.

    Fraudulent Practices

    Refund amount not receiving from Tripodeal T’s a fraud company, I booked Dubai trip and from day one false commitment realized. At first day pick up delayed at Airport by 2 hours. On arrival found hotel is changed Need to pay from own pocket for another hotel transit since tripodeal assured to reimburse it later. Further on future museum tour realized that tickets are not available I missed that museum tour. Got written assurance in mail for refund. After 16 days of trip completion still my refund of Rs 20450 is pending for which I have written mail from Tripodeal. Now tripodeal executive negotiating for the refund amount. I will take legal action in case if refund will not credit in my account. Since everything is in records. Those who r reading this message never book any deal from tripodeal since they are unethical firm.

    Pending Refund for Cancelled Flight Ticket

    Cancellation of Ticket I have cancelled my flight ticket booked via traveleasy.com from hyderabad to bombay 24 days earlier before the actual flight but still there is no refund initiated as of now. They have raised the SR for the refund but I didn’t received any amount till date. I am attaching the screenshot of the flight ticket booked via traveleasy and the refund mail screenshot I received from them.

    Positive Experience Marred by Time Inefficiency

    Travel was smooth. The co ordinators were courteos. But lot of time wasted as you end up reaching Tirupati by 2 am . They will give an hour for you to freshen up. The hotel is substandard. You will be at the temple premise by 4 am . Ftom then till 9 am you have to simply stand. As darshan or temple opens only at 9 am. So 5 hours you will be wasting unnecessarily. Please plan it well for your customers.

    Unsatisfactory Experience

    Not a pleasant experience with the car owner and the T&T owner because of lack of clarity in the payment terms and also in the toll and state permit charges. The car owner jumped on the very first day for 50% advance to his account without any alignment with the T&T owner. I felt I paid more than what was actually incurred in the toll and state permit. So just be cautious before booking with them and ask for all the receipts of toll/tax permits.But the driver and car was good.

    Be very careful when using this site!Be very careful when using this site!Even though a few of the leads are genuine, as I have received a small amount of business through this platform over the years, I believe that a good majority of the leads are fake. I have wasted time and money on this site.When contacting leads on the site through WhatsApp I find I am immediately blocked, telephone numbers either don’t work or the person who answers becomes very abusive and I rarely receive responses from emails.

    William said he checked me in I git to…William said he checked me in I git to the airport I was but checked in and I co formed more than once if I was it but and he insisted I was . I didn’t prescience boarding passes and I called three times and still nvr git them . Also I tried to add a carry in and he tried to charge me double the price . Then said I had to do it at the airport desk as he couldn’t add it . He was clearly being dishonest and trying to make more money . I will never be using this company again . Stay away from them !

    If there was a -0 experience x 10If there was a -0 experience x 10, I would, booked a trip through Expedia and they canceled our hotel, converted us to Infinity travels and Victor rebooked our hotel of course with a upgraded room at $1700.00 more But with us in route not much we could do except pay it. Once at the resort they still had our original room available from 1st booking so Victor lied to get more money out of us. We were there about 12 hours and received a call that my father passed so only stayed 12 hrs before next flight home. Have been back and forth with Infinity on getting refund after proof of death certificate shown WILL not refund or give a full refund back on unused nights not used! stay way away from either Expedia or Infinity TRAVEL

    Medical Emergency and Inadequate Assistance

    Passenger Harassment PNR T9165V – Spicejet – Bangalore to Kolkata – 16th January, 2024 Flight has Scheduled Departure at 20.10 pm from BLR, Bengaluru. At 6 pm, spicejet announced reschedulement of flight for 22.00 pm to avoid extra expense considering 110 minutes delay. The flight actually started at 23.00 pm from Bengaluru which is 170 minutes delayed. At same airport indigo arranged basic amenities and necessary services to passengers for actual delay but SG517 carried multiple medical patients, we approached ground staff as well crew members, no one showed minimum botherness to show basic courtesy by arranging basics like water on demand or cabin temperature or seat arrangement at gate no 18 at airport which was full. This pnr holder is a cardiac patient aged 65 years who felt measurably bad and had to arrange ambulance at Kolkata airport only due to spicejet mismanagement.

    Operational Delay on SpiceJet SG111

    Spice Jet Airlines Inconvenience and monetary loss due to large delay in departure time and request for refund Hi, On 10 Feburary 2024, I had a flight number SG111, PNR -OGB88N/ SG from Mumbai to delhi with a departure time of 22:55. By the time, I reached the Airport it was informed to me that flight got delayed due to operational reason and departure time changed to next day 11 FEB 2024 on 02:00AM. After meeting the SpiceJet staff, I requested for lounge access & refreshments as the delay time was about 3 hrs, but they denied. We asked for compensation, nothing was provided. The flight finally took off around 2:00 am next day and I reached Mumbai at 4:38 am. Inconvenience caused: 1. I booked the morning flight as I had to go to Lonawal & Pune at two location for meeting early. Due to which i had to bear extra Rs, 1810 hotel expenses and meeting point expenses in hotel. 2. I had booked a taxi to pick me up in the morning at 1:30 am, since the delay was more than 3 hrs, taxi driver denied to pick me up and I didn’t get any reimbursement of my money Rs 2150/-. Who will be responsible for that? 3. I took refreshment at airport of Rs 500/- due to delay of flight I request the consumer support team to please consider the above complaint about SpiceJet airlines and provide me full reimbursement of the Airlines ticket and compensation for the above grievances.
