    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Regrettable Experience

    We missed the flight because flight was preponed , airlines claims they have sent email with the PNR number to the agent , and agent has not informed us about it. Agent was rude and said it’s our duty to check all of it ourselves. If we had to do everything, what’s the use of booking with an agent , we would book and have had a follow up on the same .Really disappointed . There is no empathy and the agent also denied to refund us our money, we lost the complete amount we had paid to the agent for booking our Delhi to Bangalore tickets .

    Misleading Promises

    We had very bad experience with Ashok NE travels. While booking 2months in advance, from Mumbai they committed good condition 12 seater AC traveller, but on reaching Gwahati, to our disappointment, we were given bad condition 13 seater non AC traveller in the same cost. Driver and conductor were dumb and didn’t have any idea about roads in Shillong. Finally, after wasting two days hardly covering 2-3 spots, we had to cancel th booking. I would not recommend Ashok NE travels to any one.

    Regretful Experience

    I had applied for Egyptian visa through Kamal and he did his job well, based on his previous work I went to get visitor visa for my parents to Canada and that turned out to be a nightmare! There were so many mistakes in the forms and the details he had filled that I was surprised if he even cared to have a second look while filing the application. I had already paid him 50% of his fee but even before getting any kinda decision on my application (with so many horrific mistakes) he kept asking for rest of his fee. I would have even given him the full advance (as I had done for the Egyptian visa) but after seeing his work, I felt cheated. NEVER EVER GO THROUGH THIS VISA CENTRE if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

    The person who attended phone call doesn’t know how to properly talk and pitch the product and the Service, simply raising his voice and talking very unprofessional people. In the advertisement in whatsapp they wrote they will provide Job and all but when they denied offering such Service. This is making fool of people and giving overexpectations through ad which is unethical.

    Xplor booked flight for me from Chennai to Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur to Seoul. I paid 83,000/- for air fare of this trip. Unfortunately, Chennai to Kuala Lumpur flight was cancelled (Air India flight got some technical glitch). My flight ticket was refundable and changeable. I requested to reschedule my flight tickets. Earlier they said they will charge 30,000/- more for this. Then they said they can not reschedule it and I lost 83,000/- because of them. In my passport I am having just first name; for not having last name in passport they tried to charge me another 12,000/-. Their service is horrible. Xplor is pathetic. Don’t ever go for any flight booking with them. They don’t have basic sense to talk to a person. Due to Covid-19 situation I thought to go with some travel agent to book flight tickets. It was my first experience with some travel agents. Xplor is horrible in service. I am repeatedly calling and messaging them to refund my money. But this Anitha and Kartik are horrible and insensitive persons. Anitha is a monster; unprofessional and a looter.

    YOU’LL END UP LOOSING A LOT OF MONEY AND F*ING UP YOUR VISA HISTORYI had a worst experience with Expert Education and Visa Services. They are irresponsible and negligent in their handling of visa applications. My visa had been rejected with them. First they provided me with only half of the necessary information, putting my visa status at serious risk. It seems they simply throw together applications with whatever information you provide, solely focused on charging fees to line their pockets. This careless approach risks your chances of obtaining a visa but also risks muddling your visa history. Avoid them at all costs unless you’re eager to court disaster. Attempting to seek a refund for the fee paid to obtain a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) from them is yet another ordeal. Not it is a nightmare to reclaim your money, they also withhold a portion of the amount you initially paid. Their sugar-coated lies wouldn’t come in to reality at the end. YOU’LL END UP LOOSING A LOT OF MONEY AND F*ING UP YOUR VISA HISTORY

    Cheated by Global Visa

    Cheated by immigration consultant Dear Sir I’m writing this letter in frustration and in hopes of showing the public how some Companies treat an average person who wants to just live a normal happy life . I was contacted by Manish Srivastava of Global visa ( India office ) through telecall, he convinced me that i should move to UK on a HSMP visa and told me that i qualify for the same after doing a assesment for me. Manish promised me that Global Visa would arrange me a work permit for UK in 12 weeks after i maintain a balance of 242000 in any of my saving account . He also promised that he had done a through assesement for me and the only requiremnet remaining was Inr 242000 as maintainence fund . Manish confirmed me that Global visa would charge me INR 24000 for starting the process and INR 80000 approx on completion of the visa processing and the entire money would be refunded back if in case the company fails to arrange visa for me . I wanted to initiate a relationship with Global visa but did not have INR 24000 with me, I recieved numerous follow up calls from Global Visa to start the relationship as i have got a free assesment done by them, when i made them aware that i dont have money with me, Manish requested me to make a credit card payment through a secured route of Global Visa . I was made to understand that once the relationship will be started i would get guidance from Global Visa regarding my paper filling . I then made a payment through my credit card of 300 pounds. When i recived the first mail from Global visa post my payment the documents list made available was different from what i was intially comunicated . The list contained certain documents which i was not made aware of, i then complained the assigned manager from Global Visa to compensate my INR 24000 but they dint respond to my request, infact after two months from then they again stared follow up calls for the remaining INR 80000 told them to rather return my INR 24000 of initial deposit or otherwise i would do a police complain they then stopped follow up calls. I was shocked to find in my credit card statement for that month that they have already debited INR 80000 approx without any intimation using the previous detail provided by me for the intial payment . When i contacted Global Visa India Head Ajay Hasija, he promised me help but had a very poor response latter . I have a outstanding of more than INR 1 lakh on my credit card for charges debited by Global Visa and the only service provided to me by them is the first mail for document list . Please advice and Help

    Big Scam!!!! It all started with a phone call from an Global Visa Agent whose name was Kevin. He convinced me that I stand a good chance to get a NZ immigration Visa. He told me that I need to apply soon as the laws will be changing in the next month or two and it will be more difficult to get a visa. Kevin gave a very convincing argument that i need to pay the deposit soon ,because they wont start with the process until the money is in the account .He phoned everyday until the deposit was in the account,once they received the money it was a battle to get in touch with them.I was told that if I pay the full amount of R20000 I will receive a discount, I never got the 10% discount back from them! I received no contact from Global Visa, I had to phone numerous times to get in touch with some one who could update me on the status of my visa.After 6 months they told me that I can assume I didn’t get excepted,they gave me no written letter from the NZ Embassy that I wasn’t except! They made me believe that I needed their assistance to make the visa application process be easier and less stressful. There was NO need for me to go through Global Visa to apply for the visa, they were absolutely NO HELP! it would of been easy and less stressful if I did it on my own. For the amount of money I paid I expected them to at-least be able to answer my phone calls and emails. They did nothing that I couldn’t of done on my own! I Honestly believe that they are a BIG SCAM!

    WORST EXPERIENCE! Lost ₹15,000 total waste.I am currently in London, UK while I am typing this review. I happen to visit world visa in Manipal center Bangalore during the month of September for my UK business visa and someone called Moshin guided me to prepare some docs and I planned accordingly, got all the docs and funds ready and by then this person left the organisation and things became chaotic. He was a kind person, nothing against him.But, here the actual experience- Ramya who was in charge of UK visa was supposed to take care of online application and guiding for my docs, was firstly irresponsible and unprofessional. The customer service was worst- never, responded to my messages on time or even my calls on time and didn’t know my case condition because Moshin left. That being said, she had 0 product knowledge. I was on an emergency need to visit UK for a conference on December 19th. I visited their office directly because Ramya was of no use.At the time of visit. “Mr.Kaiser” who was so called the manager, who just wasted my complete 45 minutes. He told me to come back after 2 months with more funds while I had my case spoken and done exactly the way Moshin guided me.Kaiser, never understood my importance or emergency and gave all examples which was so unnecessary. He demotivated, illogical examples which was absolutely unnecessary and convinced to never apply for the visa, time scam! and the point is, they do not know to do visas. I by myself have a degree in travel and tourism and worked in Thomas cook (TCVSIL) and had knowledge but didn’t have time or resource and that was the only reason I went to these people and they told that my profile was so weak, while I did exactly what they asked me to do. They all potrait themselves like they own the visa industry and that’s what made me trust them. Utter waste!!!Overall, I lost ₹15,000 totally waste. All I got back was- underestimate my business and told that my visit is not possible for the conference. I visited another agency that same evening and within 2 week time. I am now in UK. No luck nothing, they do not know to do visas.

    Horrible experienceI reserved a room 2 weeks prior to my stay. The 1.800 reservation line took my info and said Motel could not assign a room until I got there but noted what I requested (away from fwy, no smoking, facing front parking lot and a frig). I called motel 6 Santa Maria North and they verified that they could not specify a room but said they were not booked for that weeknd so would get the room with my specific requests. When I arrived I was told I was in a handicapped room in an area of motel I specifically said I did not want to be. after much discussion with front office person (who was not pleasant or helpful) and having to pay an extra 27.33 for a non-handicapped room which he insisted I reserved, I was given a less than desirable room near the smoking rooms, under the stairwell where the motorcycles park, where mud from rain and sprinklers washed up to the door and I could hear the fwy noise. It was the exact opposite of what I reserved. My experience was also the opposite of my previous stay in October which was wonderful. I called customer service and was transferred elsewhere and was given zero guidance. All they did was ask for personal info, which Motel 6 had from when I reserved the room. No one called back or said sorry for the mixup or anything. Horrible customer service.

    I have called this agency because I wanted to avail schengen visa application services. The guy, whose number is given here is extremely rude, doesnt know how to speak, makes literally no sense when he talks, I asked him for schengen visa service, and he said “No no no call VFS, we cannot help”, what is that suppose to mean? Why have you written in your website that your agency helps in schengen visa application? Reply to the Owner: You asked “If you want to apply for yourself?”, I said Yes, and then I mentioned him as I already have given biometric within 59 months for my previous schengen visa, I dont need to appear for biometric again. Either the owner doesnt know about biometric waiver policy, or is just plain dumb to phrase his question in a way to ask “If you want to apply for yourself?” and then tell “No no no we cannot help you, call VFS and then hung up the call”. Do you provide schengen visa assistance service only to users who are applying for their neighbors if not for themselves?
