    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    This company is a big scam,Ms Geeta…This company is a big scam,Ms Geeta M.her name to whom I communicate in Email she’s a big liar. 2 yrs ago I applied and I paid them later on theg don’t do anything about good news in my application. People working hard to earn money and thus company is a big mistake they are liar people.You guys will curse what you did will happen to your whole family. I will fight for my rights to take back my money you guys wait I’m gonna file a case in this idiot company.

    FraudFRAUD, they just want to take money from people they told me they can apply work permit for canada on behalf of they will find job for me and apply for visa it’s been one year i paid them but still i did not get any job and they closed my case and said money is non refundable. Yes without applying for visa the money i paid for visa application is also non refundable not just their service charges. And also they wont provide you the proofs that they really applied for job on behalf of me

    GMS is not reliable – Don’t Pay in advanceMrs Shoba or Shama is main agent of GMS who she is using UAE MOBILE number +971 54 307 6811, all advance money she received & making contract.I have paid half money in advance for UK visit visa processing, now I am contacting to same number, she said , This is not GMS number, she always put very attractive pics on her DP,When I arranged all the documents as I per the email received from coralynATglobalmigration-co-uk and submitted, then call received their system is down , after that no answer from phone & email.All need to think operating company in UAE but email domain used co.uk . That mean they have not registered any email domain in UAE. This company is actually not operating just making money

    Very bad peopleVery bad peopleVery bad peopleVery bad peopleVery unhappy about this organization , I will take my money £2160 from them but I can’t take the time I lost and the pain I going through with this Organization . I will make sure I will report them to any UK department, and I will make sure this people shouldn’t work with people any more . I was desperate for a working visa who promised me and I made the mistake, because I had 3 members of my family on death bed and they pass away. I have make a complaint to Canada Embassy about this organization.Please please, please any one who read this review don’t be a victim of this untrusted organization . I am asking for help to every one who read my review to help me gate my money back from this organization and repot this people immediately.

    Miscommunication and Misunderstandings

    As a layman to the process of PR, I started approaching consultancies and came across this agency through Instagram.When I came across this profile, they seems legit and I was happy that I was going to connect to a trust worthy experience.In vein, when I called them, a male representative spoke to me and he was not able to understand my query. He instead of guiding to the next step, he started telling me that I should know the process in etc etc. When I didn’t want to continue further and disconnected, a female representative of the company called and started complaining that not all agency will provide you through all the details and that I should not be expecting them to explain everything over a call.This did not stop here the male representative again called me and said that I was ordering him for the details and that my attitude was not right. He said that they were suspecting that I was from other agencies trying to deliberate steal information from them.All I’m saying is, if you were suspecting or whatever the case may be, you could have told or asked me to come and meet you guys in person.I was even ready to send my documents so they can have a better understanding. Both of them called me alternately and said that I was wrong in asking them the process.They could have even told asked me to send the relavent documents and then upon understanding, could have given me an appointment.This is my worst experience with this agency and do not wish to seek the services.

    No knowledge regarding for International students visa.Everything need to be done by the student himself/herself. No work at all or service by the visa expert. Sometimes I feel I have simply wasted my hard earned money for the service.I recommend zero

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! We met Cyrus at the NEC show in Birmingham whereby he lured us into a ‘fake’ dream of finding us employment leading to PR with no shame of taking a big up front fee off us c.£2500 – £3000 !!! the reality in a nutshell was he expected ‘us’ to find the employment sponsor despite him being based in Aus and all he was going to deal with was the paperwork !!! save your money as there are load of UK companies who offer a better service as a smaller fraction of the price. 3 years in I can count on 1 hand how much Cyrus kept in touch / kept us informed of what employment opportunities there were / current Covid situation etc. We lost so much money as note once has he or the company offered a refund as they literally did nothing in hindsight I wish we went with Downunder company in the UK but thanks to Cyrus we are now too late with our ages to qualify for PR thanks a bunch !

    What a disappointment getting to our house, BH2. With all that has happened with covid and how Mabula sells themselves as covid cautious, you would expect the house to be cleaned thoroughly. Nope. Fridge dirty, floor wet from leaky fridge, tables full of crumbs and fatty finger marks, beds not made, half used toilet rolls on the couch. What a damn joke. At least Sarah and Rosalina showed up and helped sort this mess out. Melissa at the office was also helpful. I don’t feel this is worth the premium we paid to stay in this house. Not recommended at all. Real shame as the view is gorgeous.

    Worst consultancyThey are best for spoiling future of many people and for advertising themselves on social media .I suggest you all never ever trust them .Best name for them REFUSAL KE BADSHAH so called mr.sandeep mr.taranThey will not respond you for months at the end they ll call you that u got refusal .They used to take hundreds of documents from you and will never upload those to ircc.This consultancy is fraud .Organize seminars to fool us and spoil future of innocent people by sweet talks .Brampton immigration never take a look in your application what to upload or not their staff members (receptionist used to lodge your files.SOP which they make 2nd class student write better paragraph than you.Karma ll be back .

    Missed Opportunities

    Lost 2 days out of 7 for my vacation packageWhen got to the airport, they told that the flight was delayed. I was only able to travel 2 days after. From the 7 days of holiday, I got only 5. Not an apology, a reimbursement or anything else for me losing 1/4 of my valued vacation. I’m never buying anything from them again, or would recommend this “company” to anyone.

    Misleading Promises and Disappointing Service

    We got a cruise package with Marella cruisesWe purchase a cruise package from Sunwing for the Marella explorer 2 flavors of Caribbean on Dec 9th 2023 that included the first luggage free at the plane.However at the Toronto airport counter we where forced to pay for our luggage.That was the first problem we encounter, upon our return we file a complain with Sunwing and we where told that is going to take almost 30 days to ger a response, now is almost 40 days and no has got back to us. Now for the cruise, the ship is older, however it was clean and the cabin staff was very nice. however the food was like eating at a cheap cafeteria very basic, at breakfast they serve frozen deep-fried MacDonald’s style potato patties forhome fries no juice of any kind just powder orange drink. Fruit was minimal, and when they did serve some bananas they where almost gone bad. Very minimum amount of dining room staff to clear the tables most of the time the dirty diches was left on the tables. Lunch was not any better cabbage was the main salad selection, some days two cabbage salads with a different names, one time that they try to serve a Greek salad they forgot the most important thing (the feta cheese)? dinner was not much better, they try to pass for desert a thick water something? with sugar for English custard, a pound cake they call it brawny. They also try to tell me a thick yellow something? in a small glass dish was cream caramel. been a chef for almost 30 years that was a very disappointing cruise. Now for the finale, if just alcohol is your think is ok, however if your looking a balance cruise with nice food and so on, then is best to look for something else.

     Received fake cod order and Lost Rs. 994 I was in office when the delivery man called from my PG and said that order came from Flipkart and I need to pay 994, he sent me QR and I paid then instead of Flipkart order there was unstiched cloth peice, I Complained to Flipkart about this, today only they confirmed that this parcel is not send from there side, I want to return this, plz help me regarding this.
