    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Misguided Consultation

    Not respond properly I consult a doctor via 1 mg when she call me i tell my problem to her but she dont prescribe me directly sending some test like 5 or 6 and i ll trying to tell that there is pendamic situation for that i cant go outside of the home that why i am takking this online consultantion but she don’t listen any thing and cut the bloody call i am complaint against you 1mg and your facility respond me as soon as possible otherwise ill taking you serious action against your fraud work

    Broken Promises

    Im complaining about mymoms clearance Certificate not being released up until now 2022 she finished payments in 2019 I would like to forward this complains to you hoping you could help us.its been 3yrz now DebtDoctors they dont want to give mymom clearance certificate they going around by saying CellC dont want to give a paidUp letter and mymom should fone them for it .when we foned CellC they telling us they jus playing around with mom they’re the ones to resolve this matter so now mymom is sitting with this problem her name is still blacklisted these people from DoctorDebt they dont want to release her .how come should be mymom foning CellC now because they’re the ones who handled all mymoms debt .these people they’re crookes robberies they playing around with an old female we want to take the matter further now.

    Frustration with Financial Advisors

    Disappointed and No Net gain I took 1 Year subscription by paying Rs 20000/- very recently. He generally keeps same old Scrips for too long and now and then gives new suggestions. When you analyze his recommendations; many of them have a good run up by that time and you will be entering at high price in a penny stock. Majority of such scrip’s came down heavily. he will keep you smiling by giving 2-3 stocks that give good run up. But when you see overall you gain nothing after compensating for losses in other stocks. I invested about Rs 10.00 Lakhs but my net gain is zero by losing in 5-6 stocks and gaining in 2-3 stocks. he has no exit strategy I lost additionally his fees. So I discontinued. I am happy with my MF Portfolio that never resulted in Losses for the last 6 years. All these advisors are sheer waste for common investors and only they can make money by trapping you in unnecessary and penny stocks. I am writing this only to educate people like me. Don’t do these kind of mistakes. You will gain nothing.

    Fraud …putting additional interests on loan …never take loan from them….never give you the updates if your EMI is due …even if you pay your EMI on time they update them after 2 Months and just because of that we got additional interests and after your loan Competition they will say… you have huge money left to pay you have been fined of delaying your EMI l’s (so that they can earn more)….suggesting everyone never take loan from them.Note*:Always ask your loan status after paying EMI

    Unethical Business Practices

    This company wastes customers’ time. Did not give proper answer regarding documents. An employee of the company said that they pay for the files. So you can’t ask him questions. They don’t talk properly. If any question was asked regarding file process or important documents, he said that you had drunk alcohol. One of my clients needs money for his child’s wedding. They withhold his file just because of the service certificate. Which was not provided to the customer due to holiday. They work with liars who have damaged the company’s name. They take the necessary documents by lying that they will get the loan without this necessary document. So, why does this company work with him? I think the company has business on its side. That’s why they are not able to answer properly and without thinking the company employees abuse people like me. So in the end I believe do not deal with this company. Thank you

    Today again this fraud company calling and convincing me to take even after an year”FRIENDS BE CAUTIOUS DONT GET TRAPEED BY PAYING MONEY IN THIS COMPANY”Company asks for money as a package to refer clients for insurance agents….Advice to agents – Really not worth visiting the office please don’t waste your time by coming here they ask 35000 amount as a package which is really not worth for itMost importantly the other positive reviews which are written by the company staffs itself or through some duplicate accounts…Those accounts really doesn’t exist …Very importantly, why the company not taking corporate agency code from insurance company to do business in their name … this itself proves they are in the way of cheating innocent agents and their hard earned money…Be cautious friends!!!Today 12th May 2023 company people calling and requesting to edit my above review or change my review … this again shows that my feedback is having real value and it is affecting them … so they are convincing me …But my review is genuine!!!Pls be cautious of this company …

    Uncomfortable Experience

    From the moment that I walked in they were asking many questions about me and my business and what I do, as If they were trying to profile me. When i asked for the price of a pallet they told me a number that was highly unbelievable for what it was. The employees must be making their own profit on these sales and hiking up the prices themselves. I feel like they profiled and discriminated against me. I will not be doing any business with this company in the future.

Then after that no respond no reply for any phone call email nothing. Always not on desk. Then today 23.02.2023 again i left message then got email from sale person name Natalie saying was very busy and will send form after ??? Still not prompt action. No email.I was also talking to another receiption name i think carle its 2.35pm Adelaide time she just hang up??? Not giveing clear update.Very very bad service.

    I called to place order for next day…I called to place order for next day deliver and told quite curtley to order online.Order placed online and paid for hefty next day delivery no memtion that this did not include Saturday delivery.So shoes did not arrive to go on holiday, email to Connor raising the matter who advised that the deliver charge would be refunded which has not happened.

    Ordering Struggles and Delivery Disappointment

    The ordering process was painfulThe ordering process was painful – the system was clearly not working correctly as I was unable to reset my password without receiving an error message, even after waiting a day to see of its was a Short term glitch. Finally reset password after calling the ship who initiated a reset password email for me.My order for a tender was for nearly £1000 and the box was in a total mess when delivered to me. When opening it I thought it was likely that this box had been opened since leaving the factory. All contents seems to be present, albeit there bing no packaging list to check against, and it inflated OK so hopefully all is well. The tender also had only instructions in French, although I found English instructions on the internet. Not a great experience for a top end tender.

    Unacceptable Delays and Sizing Errors

    DO NOT ORDER HORSEBACK RIDING BOOTS FROM HERE!! I placed a custom order back in late June, instead of taking my measurement the staff looked at me and went like: okay I know your measures and proceed to put into the system. My bad for not letting her actually measure me but I trusted the staff. It took them 2 months to make it in Europe because apparently, they dont work in the summer. 2 months later they called me said my boots got here, so I went to the store and the boots didn’t fit me. I was very disapointed since I already waited for so long. So the staff there took my measurements again and resubmit the order and said it should be back in another month. So I was like okay sh*t happens, I’ll just wait. A month later they called me again said my boots were here, so I went in and OMFG the boots still didnt fit me and I check the size, it was the same size as before. I was like okay this is completely unacceptable you need to give me a discount for this. So the girl took my measurement AGAIN and said she will ask her manager and get back to me. Then of course nobody got back to me. So today I called again, they said they are not able to offer me a discount, then I asked do you have my latest measures on file and how long does it take to re-order it, and they said they don’t have my measurements and I need to come in to re-measure again!!!!! For your record, I placed my first order in late June and today is 11/7. I missed so many horseback riding classes and I just don’t know how is this acceptable. so if you need to order customized boots, do yourself a favor and order somewhere else so you don’t end up like me.
