    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Horrible Experience with Car Booking

    I have booked an i20 car on 4th march, i have reached the location but the car was not there at that particular location, i was literally standing on road along with my family and kids, i was completely clueless, i have tried contacting customer support , but didn’t get any proper response from them, soo i booked an cab nd returned back to home, but the trip has started and booking is not cancelled how do this guys start an trip when there is noo car at the host location…?I want my complete money backPlease refund my money back.I keep on contacting them,buy no proper response from them, and they didn’t refund my money,its a complete fraudulent company.

    Unreliable Service from Zoom Car

    Zoom car support sucks. They don’t provide refunds easily and quickly. Even if the refunds are provided they make sure that the same amount is shown as outstanding in zoom app so that you are not able to book another ride before paying the amount. I had very bad experiences with them not just once, twice. This happened three times. First they didn’t refund me for petrol because I didn’t have invoice. Ask yourself does any filling station provide invoices. Second time my refund was given but it was shown as outstanding in my app. Third time I travelled 19 kms to get a car only discovering that the car was not available. Make sure you call the host before you go to pick up the car. From then I stopped using Zoom.

    Asslam u alaikum, Mukhadar bhai is fooling people useless service i dont recommend this cheap service for expensive packages. Please dont waste your hard earned Money. We really had a very bad experience.

    TravelTriangle what to say..a fraud , unprofessional company , may be a small startup , they have tie up with small locals travell vendors.Book a trip to Europe ,due to covid19 got it cancelled.So traveltriangle just gave up ..I contacted directly to local vendor and travel triangle didnt bother to help .Akshay Tiwari , Aditi(She is social media handler) gave up. Worst company. Please if your booking through them get everything in writing..A fraud small company.Better book through make my trip or dpauls or big companies.atleast they will respond or help..But traveltriangle a big disappoint. Mostly there reviews are paid. Worst company they are just mediator between different local travel companies.. Avoid them ..As saving few bucks will cost you dearly..Go for reputed companies

    Worst life threatening experience for my Nepal trip where a psycho driver was assigned . This is a broker company who doesn`t even care about customer , they directly assign you to local travel agency . Our lives was in danger but unfortunately Traveltriangle didn`t help . I will be filing case in consumer court on this fraud company

    Breach of Agreement

    Service not provided as per the agreement Company person spoke over a phone and agreed to provide a service for about 24k. But they have not done any booking of cab and hotels but took the 25% of amount which is 6k on day of booking. The package agreed was, private cab for 5 days, 1 room in 3star hotels and breakfast. Company booked some cab and hotels and asked me to make payment in the hotels and to the cab. No breakfast was available in any hotels. Cab left 4th day and my total expenditure was 29k. Total 7k loss for me

    Fraud They are biggest fraud. They take the money in the name of advance booking for tour package, after payment they Stop picking the calls. There are millions of customers’ reviews in the various sites accross internet which are horrible. Ranjan Srivastava, who is the so called head of this fraud company along with Vivek Srivastava and the Lady by name Kanika are doing this scams. Please take immediate action against them and block their fraud businesses.

    Worst Experience with Yatra.com

    WORST PORTAL EVER Used this portal first time. Got immediate mail confirming payment was sucessful but airline has not confirmed PNR and that someone from YATRA would contact me within 30 minutes. That is where the ordeal began with not response from portal. it is a nightmare to call and get thru to them! My first and last time of ever using this portal! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PORTAL!

    Frustration with Yatra.com

    Worst service everDon’t book flight on yatra.com ever. While booking Flight from trivendrum to mumbai terminal was T2. Due to operational issues terminal got changed (much before date of departure). But yatra team has not informed it at all. At end moment i had to rush to T1 terminal to catch flight. I had to pay extra cash to cab. Waste of time money and energy. Even website was not properly for web check in.

    Worst experience with Ashok bus Going form delhi to jammu on Ashok bus It is Itreally worst bus i ever had in my life. No systematic way to onboard passengers. They even chargee for luggage ₹50 for big one and ₹20 for small / bag.

    Fraudulent Practices

    Hi guys,We had planned a Manali trip with him. Trust me the worst travel agency till date. He took 20000/ as a booking amount and asked us to pay 18000/ to driver and 35000 to hotel n again 12000/ to him. But he never lift a call if u r in trouble or stuck anywhere. The driver he send was utter nonsense and rude and we left the car in between as he was not ready to take us anywhere. We paid extra everywhere for booking cabs to take us to other places . We landed up paying extra everywhere . Moreover when we asked why should we pay for not taking us so he threatening us for being local n they will kill us. We landed up paying so much extra and tension alag .Don’t go with them guys. They r bloody cheaters .
