    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Hi all please humble request to you Please don’t book any holiday package he is running Big Scam I have book a package but due to corona issue my trip has been cancelled. He promised me I will provide credit Note but after log time I will try to contact and visit office address he moved to any where I can’t find, I will try to call but he not responding I have pay advance 4.5 Lac if you see my post pls respond me. An other we will take legal action against you .Mr. Divyam I have call recording and lots to evidence.

    Scammed and Abandoned

    They’re scammers – do not book with them.They’re a scam. I tried to book a flight using my credit back in September 2022. They said they could see the flight and asked em to hold while they book. Came back and said they no longer see the flight and they’ll just refund to the original payment method. I get an email stating the same. Weeks go by and I called to enquire and they said they needed my address as they would send a cheque. Months later and I still don’t have my refund. Why did they go against their own words? It’s just so sketchy. I’m always put on hold and then hung up on. The worst customer service, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would call me. No call. It’s now March 31, 2023 and I still have yet to get back the money they so quickly took from me. I see so many reviews the same. Can there be a class action towards this company for stealing from so many people? Do not purchase through this company. You will regret it.

    Unethical Practices

    This company stole much needed money…This company stole much needed money from 2 seniors. They were booked for a flight from Toronto to Sydney, NS. The original flight was directly from Toronto to Sydney. It was then changed to Toronto to Halifax and then Halifax to Sydney. This change was acceptable. The flight was then changed to the following New ItineraryAC 614 03JAN 0225P YYZ YHZ 03Jan 524PAC 619 03JAN 0625P YHZ YYZ 03Jan 750PAC 8210 03JAN 0855P YYZ YQY 03Jan 1216AThis meant they were to fly from Toronto to Halifax and then fly from Halifax to Toronto and then fly from Toronto to Sydney. I am their caregiver and was to fly with them. Both of the seniors have health issues and they were expected to fly for over 5 hours with 2 changeovers. I contacted this company 5 different times and was told “we are passing this matter on to the concerned department and we will contact you within 24 hours”. Bull droppings… They did nothing and could not see that the flight itinery made no logical sense. I finally had to cancel the reservations and was able to book in just a few short minutes directly with Air Canada. Of course, even though they had changed the flight schedule, they refused to refund the money to these 2 needy seniors. Beware…do not use this company. PS. I almost never complain about anything ever but this case is an exception.

    Empty Promises, Full Frustration

    Day 2 – No response, not picking up calls – forget refunds, these people don’t even have the decency to answer you.It’s been over 3 months – the booking did not even get confirmed…of follow-ups for a refund of 10k. Must have made over 50 calls. All we get is excuses.Be very careful while booking anything with these people – it’s all big promises and nothing else.

    Mixed Experience

    The bus journey was smooth. The bus is neatly maintained. But the bus staff needs to be a little more polite. My bus was scheduled at 23.55 in Bengaluru. We were in the boarding point at 23.30. But the bus came at 1.30. The staff were rushing that they boarded us in less than a minute. When about to get down, we slept. The staff were rude asking us to get down. We were to be blamed partially. We did not sleep till 1.30 and so we slept bad. And it is natural, they don’t have to be rude for that.

    Bimal Banik owner of Banik Tour and Travels is not a good person, don`t believe him while traveling in his vehicle. He is a cheater and may create problems on the way, black mails you.     Low grade, incompetent consultants with absolutely no knowledge about the admission process. Expect a lot of irrelevant meaningless incorrect information from the consultants. Please avoid them by all means. If you have plans to study in Ireland, try contacting the University Admission office directly they will guide you cordially. Goireland consultant will trick you in all means with fake words. They will not allow you to fill the University application that contains options for student scholarship. They will make you pay the full fees so that they will get their share back from university. Why do you think they talk to you for free?? Also they will connect you in the background with different loan agents and put a huge financial burden on your head. Please be aware and vigilant of free service with a huge trap. Never signup with these useless consultant. Dont waste your time and energy with these morons!

    Regrettable Experience

    We missed the flight because flight was preponed , airlines claims they have sent email with the PNR number to the agent , and agent has not informed us about it. Agent was rude and said it’s our duty to check all of it ourselves. If we had to do everything, what’s the use of booking with an agent , we would book and have had a follow up on the same .Really disappointed . There is no empathy and the agent also denied to refund us our money, we lost the complete amount we had paid to the agent for booking our Delhi to Bangalore tickets .

    Misleading Promises

    We had very bad experience with Ashok NE travels. While booking 2months in advance, from Mumbai they committed good condition 12 seater AC traveller, but on reaching Gwahati, to our disappointment, we were given bad condition 13 seater non AC traveller in the same cost. Driver and conductor were dumb and didn’t have any idea about roads in Shillong. Finally, after wasting two days hardly covering 2-3 spots, we had to cancel th booking. I would not recommend Ashok NE travels to any one.

    Regretful Experience

    I had applied for Egyptian visa through Kamal and he did his job well, based on his previous work I went to get visitor visa for my parents to Canada and that turned out to be a nightmare! There were so many mistakes in the forms and the details he had filled that I was surprised if he even cared to have a second look while filing the application. I had already paid him 50% of his fee but even before getting any kinda decision on my application (with so many horrific mistakes) he kept asking for rest of his fee. I would have even given him the full advance (as I had done for the Egyptian visa) but after seeing his work, I felt cheated. NEVER EVER GO THROUGH THIS VISA CENTRE if you don’t want to waste your time and money.

    The person who attended phone call doesn’t know how to properly talk and pitch the product and the Service, simply raising his voice and talking very unprofessional people. In the advertisement in whatsapp they wrote they will provide Job and all but when they denied offering such Service.     Xplor booked flight for me from Chennai to Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur to Seoul. I paid 83,000/- for air fare of this trip. Unfortunately, Chennai to Kuala Lumpur flight was cancelled (Air India flight got some technical glitch). My flight ticket was refundable and changeable. I requested to reschedule my flight tickets. Earlier they said they will charge 30,000/- more for this. Then they said they can not reschedule it and I lost 83,000/- because of them. In my passport I am having just first name; for not having last name in passport they tried to charge me another 12,000/-. Their service is horrible. Xplor is pathetic. Don’t ever go for any flight booking with them. They don’t have basic sense to talk to a person. Due to Covid-19 situation I thought to go with some travel agent to book flight tickets. It was my first experience with some travel agents. Xplor is horrible in service. I am repeatedly calling and messaging them to refund my money. But this Anitha and Kartik are horrible and insensitive persons. Anitha is a monster; unprofessional and a looter.
