    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Cleanliness Concerns

    I will never ever use this place for my Tahoe needs. Vacation station really has no customer service. I stayed with them two different times and on my last stay we rented a cabin 739 Joyce LN incline village. For two days we paid $1100+ and I forgot my food processor. They wanted to charge me $25 just to go 0.5 miles from their office to the property to retrieve my forgotten item. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. With that much money paid when we got there the deck was filthy and we had to call them to come and clean the deck so we could use it. Stay away from Vacation Stay if you want a good customer service experience because here, you will get no service. $25 fee just to go to the property less than a mile away.They deserve 0 stars

    Poor Customer Service

    Terrible group. A total scam. They charged me more than half of my deposit when I cancelled for Covid. If I had booked directly with the airlines, I would have gotten my full credit. Also, the airlines said they were supposed to rebook with the credit and they refused. So it cost me another $50 to book through the airlines.

    Disappointing Driver Behavior

    I booked a private cab for Kedarnath, Badrinath trip and Was very upset with the Driver which they allocated me. Very rude had to bear him for full trip. He only wanted what he would suggest. Rooms were also so so…I can write a big essay but in a simple words I’m finding a new travel agent for next trip

    Marketing Over Tourist Experience

    I have a long list of complaints and suggestions, so thinking that, someone from the management pays an attention to the following pointsFor the mentioned tour, I was the first person to book i.e. booking made on 1st January 2023 then why my helicopter booking for the return journey was not made on the same day? Whereas for all rest of the passengers it was made on the same day.We were on a package tour then why we were left as orphans at Sitapur to arrange our own vehicles to go to the respective helipads? Is it not the responsibility of the travel agency to arrange for this? If my return from Kedarnath to Rampur was on the next day; then why my stay arrangements was not made for me at Kedarnath?Your guides are working for you since years; is they not capable of arranging vehicles for taking us to helipads at a better price? They arranged the vehicles for us @Rs.2000/- for one side drop for 6 persons. Luckily the police didn’t allow that vehicle to move so we passengers hired another vehicle on our own by paying just Rs.600/-. Is it our fault?In many places we were asked to book smaller vehicles(Rishikesh, Gupt Kaashi, Kalimath, Rampur etc.) for sightseeing of places then why didn’t travel agency arranged similar vehicles from the beginning of the tour? After paying a huge amount, we need to incur additional costs.Apart from Srinagar(Kirtinagar), the accommodation was below average. In Badrinath, we were put in a hotel where the night temperature was -6 degree centigrade but having provision of room heaters, we were not provided!Is Southern Travels a tour agency which caters to the need of only South Indians? Then why we were provided with only south Indian foods in the places where they don’t know how to cook those items? Please mention very clearly that, only south Indian(un-tasty) food would be served in the journey. Have some concerns for non south Indian passengers.Is marketing activity a must to do item in your journey schedule? In both the places i.e. Rishikesh and Haridwar, I feel we were cheated. Priority on marketing; we had to forgo some tourist spots.The guide of our tour must learn more management skills. I feel he was just a coordinator but not a guide or manager. Though he was very polite and well behaved with passengers but was very average on his duties.This was the second time, I was availing the facilities of Southern Travels but very disappointed for the amount that we paid and in return what the services we received. Prior to this tour, I have referred many of my friends and relatives to avail your services and they have availed too but very doubtful whether this I can do in future or not!

    Frustrating Experience

    An unrecommended place under the leadership of “Great Federiko”, who deceives his clients with lies and ironies without offering them attentive and fast service. Dancing to the tune that he likes, he loves it if he doesn’t get upset. A totally wasted site, with a rather incompetent and unpleasant work style. Do not waste your time or your money in this “restaurant”, there are other places where you can enjoy with your family and friends, without having to go through the experience of making a reservation and at the time of arrival you do not have your table because it is already being occupied. by acquaintances of the aforementioned. Or that when you are already seated, they serve you in a disproportionate amount of time to manage a drink and some starters that will arrive after half an hour. After this movement he will not give way to the main dishes due to his constant absent-mindedness and you will end up eating when you have already digested without even offering dessert.After this service that generates frustration, he pays for it with his workers, disrespecting them and blaming them for the infinity of his own failures in the service. This man is an artist masked as a good person who lacks many principles to face the problem. public.I hope you take into account this recommendation from a server. All the best!

    Unsatisfactory Experience

    We approached them for Turkey visa. Visa service fees were not worth the services provided. They left us in the dark about the costs and process, and there were surprise costs we were not prepared for as a result. Would not recommend.

    A bunch of guys and a woman in this office. Absolutely no respect or concern for clients. They say u get visa in just acouple of days….After that, they simply don’t pick ur call and ur questions over messages will be answered after half a day’s wait. And when u ask them about the delay in their answer, they say, if interested one can take their service, or withdraw. Nonsense and high headed attitude. I do not recommend them at all.

    Worst experience with themWorst experience with them. They post adervisting on Facebook it’s expoloria resort package. After We got there, the package changed. They let us live in comfort inn. The hotel is nasty. Bad smell Even The hanger corrosion. Its horrible. They selling your order to another company. I calledvacation vip, They said we are sponsor for another company. You’re not booking from us. Definitely Unhonest company

    No Compassion, No Solution

    Trash CompanyAccording to the information I received, I had a confirmed reservation for the dates of September 13 through 16. However, upon my arrival at the Westgate Hotel, I was shocked to learn that no such reservation existed. The hotel’s front desk attendant informed me that my reservation had been cancelled by a third party. In compliance with their suggestion, I promptly contacted the third party, Vacation VIP, but to my dismay, the response I received left me in a dire situation, alone, and thousands of miles away from my home.What was most distressing about this ordeal was the lackof empathy and concern displayed by the management at Vacation VIP. I spoke with two different managers and neither of them showed or expressed any empathy, compassion or understanding of my predicament. They simply stated that there was NOTHING they could do to assist me. The first manager that I spoke with initially had no suggestions or any process in place for situation as delegate as this and had to refer me to another manager that was promised to call me the following business day. I was made to feel like, “I was totally disregarded and left out in the cold to die!” I had no place to stay for the night and no way to get back to my home!I was contacted the next morning by an additional manager and the experience was just as bad as the night before. I was met with the same level of unprofessionalism and a complete absence of empathy, which only added to my distress. I was stranded, thousands of miles away from home, alone, without a reservation that Vacation VIP nor Westgate had cancelled, according to both parties and without any support or assistance from Vacation VIP whom I trusted. My immediate safety and well-being were jeopardized, and Vacation VIP was unwilling to take responsibility for the situation they had put me in.I would like to highlight that the way this situation was handled reflects poorly on Vacation VIP and has left me deeply disappointed. There is NO reason in the world that I would use your services or trust Vacation VIP with travel arrangements for me or any of my family or friends. I was not prepared to have to pay additional money for lodging as well as the securing additional accommodations. I owe my life to Westgate manager, Ivan Sanchez! If only he knew the magnitude of respect and compassion he demonstrated, and I will be forever grateful to him. He literally saved my LIFE! I had trusted Vacation VIP to ensure my accommodations and safety during my trip. Instead, I found myself in a situation that I would not wish upon anyone, and it was disheartening to see the lack of care and concern exhibited by the Vacation VIP managers.

    Fakes managed by website, no support at all.Lots of fake profiles, scammers as usual, but I bet somehow managed by the website itself.Reporting those profiles results in no ban/deletion even if I am a paying user.8 months lost just to get my profile approved.After 4 months support was not able to enable my loaded pictures (that looks ok on the site, but no users are able to see them…).Support does not exists at all, they just care about money.Still a few good experiences in one year, but with so much hassle…I will not repeat..There are better sites outside there.

    Refund Woes

    I had a bad experience with Greentree.I had approached them for Australian PR with job assistance. During the initial discussions they convinced me that I can get a job and PR even without any further studies or qualification requirement. Once I paid their phase 1 consultation fee of around 1 lakh and before starting the process of skill assessment I came to know that I would need additional qualification to get a job in Australia and because of the miscommunication from their side my money was stuck with them. They were not ready to refund even half of the fee I paid stating it was against their management rules and I was given a choice of choosing another country or to forget the refund. I opted another country just because my money is with them but that wasn’t working for me as well. I decided to not start the process and persuaded my best to get the refund. I cancelled the whole process with them since I can’t trust them anymore. I can’t believe they still have my money though no service per se was provided (except for the stress, miscommunication and confusions they caused) , not even 1% of the PR process actually started.The only service they provided was the profile evaluation for which also I paid extra in the beginning. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

    Zeal immigration means time pass of your admission in any college. They cheat student they dnt hav any guidance or any knowledge about student visa.i applied many college but i get rejection and only rejection after 1.5 year i get admission in college after fees paid i get rejection of visa on after 1 month.     Suite Disappointment

    You stay here for the location. The staff are friendly, and for the location the price isn’t crazy, but we stayed in a suite and were disappointed with the quality of the bathroom generally – it’s really basic and dated, and there were no robes for the room. There was an iPad provided to use during your stay which seemed like a nice touch but it wouldn’t hold charge so was pretty ineffective, one of the bathroom towels was ripped which you don’t expect in a high end hotel, and there was no sugar at any of the coffee stations! We also didn’t have a microwave in our room, which there was room for as we were in the suite that had a sink and mini fridge, so a microwave would have fitted no problem. The thing that was a bit annoying was that you can add parking to your hotel bill, but they charge $24/ night, but if we’d just paid the car park directly it’s only $17/ night – If understand if there were guaranteed hotel spaces, but there aren’t – it’s all just first come first served public parking, so that seemed a bit rude!Still, it was clean, and comfortable, and the staff were lovely, so it’s still a nice stay overall.
