    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    No Delivery, Only Deception

    ulently duped by migrate worldwideI was de*****ed of a lot of money after I did migration consultation and the company did not deliver on their promise after I made payment to them. The company operate on mischief and con people who come to them for migration consultation. After making the payment they don’t respond to your communications I would not recommend anyone to them. Keep away from them with your money

    Dangerous Disregard

    POLICE intervention NEEDED!!!I am really shocked that Migrate Worldwide is still in operation. They know NOTHING about migration. I thought they were long REPORTED to the POLICE. I saw a Hello Peter review from 2023????? how??? I thought they got SHUT DOWN? You wont pay less than R10 000, after that…..everyone is in meetings and can’t answer the phone. This is VERY SERIOUS!!!!! Authorities NEED to be involved.

    Metro Inn is a terrible choice for leisure stays. The uncomfortable space and inferior quality of the property make it below expectations. The small rooms and poorly connected location add to the overall unpleasant experience. Avoid this unmaintained property at all costs!

This metro inn does not cater to its customers in a professional manner more over their customer support contact i. E cristie who uses foul language to its customers.     Wedding Venue Woes

    The booking process was shocking. After asking multiple times for an invoice and not receiving one, i settled for a verbal confirmation that our room was confirmed. This was for a family members wedding at the venue otherwise i would have just canceled.There are no fridges in the room, no drinking water in the rooms and the taps only have borehole water which in the last day had high sulphur content so the water stank like eggs. There’s no way to call for water to be delivered if needed.Breakfast was very tasty but they were not prepared for the amount of guests they had so there were wait times on many of the cooked breakfast items. The food overall was really good though, the catering at the wedding was very well done.The lawns had been cut but the cut grass was not picked up and simply left to rot and be trampled through. This was outside the rooms and outside the reception venue so it was unpleasant to walk through and definitely a noticeable failure on the venues part.The reception venue was not wheelchair accessible or good for elderly people with the only formal access being down a steep flight of stairs and the restrooms being at the top of these stairs so quite a trek for someone like my mother who has severe back and hip issues.It’s a lovely venue but management needs to pull their socks up. Friendliness only gets you so far, they need to be more professional and focus on the finer details.

    Frustration and Discomfort

    We booked into Lythwood Lodge in the Midlands for a three night stay over New Year 2022 wih our two Yorkies. This was our second time here after a great experience we had last year the same time. We always recommended the place to family and friends. However, we had not been informed 1) that the river crossing was flooded (not even a courtesy call from the lodge) and driving through this was scary, 2) that the rules for dogs had changed. When booking and checking in we had not been advised rules had changed. Dogs are now NO longer allowed in the entire main Lodge previously it was just the restaurant. No where are these rules visible and the manner in which we were approached (while seated in the lounge waiting for our room to be cleaned) was unacceptable with conflicting reasons given. After deciding to check out earlier (due to this) we were told that we now needed to pay a cancellarion fee of 20% (no remorse from the lodge). The reasons given for having to pay the cancellarion even more ridiculous. The lodge was empty with a few guest. Lythwood Lodge started our year off in such disappointment and ruined our new year holiday. It overshadowed everything else. We will NEVER be back and we do not recommend staying here if you have fur babies

    This agency is the worst kind ever. No response to your phone calls ever. Never got my booking done. The customer service is the worst. My husband had to call another travel agent to book his flight to India which was done in 20 minutes.

    Misleading Booking

    booked for ac bus but were taken in a ac van very uncomfortable We had booked for one day city tour on 5/12/2017 in ac bus. Though a bus picked us up from punjagutta central, we 13 members were made to shift to a van at birla temple. This van was very uncomfortable, crammed, dirty and with poor ac cooling. Sir/ madam, we had guest at home from bangalore who wanted to see hyderabad. We felt hyderabad tourism will be the best. But it was very very disappointing. We are always proud of our city but this type of service only prooves that hydtourism is not bothered about image of hyderabad. Guide provided was not of proper standard. Nothing was impressive.
