    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Frustrating Experience

    An unrecommended place under the leadership of “Great Federiko”, who deceives his clients with lies and ironies without offering them attentive and fast service. Dancing to the tune that he likes, he loves it if he doesn’t get upset. A totally wasted site, with a rather incompetent and unpleasant work style. Do not waste your time or your money in this “restaurant”, there are other places where you can enjoy with your family and friends, without having to go through the experience of making a reservation and at the time of arrival you do not have your table because it is already being occupied. by acquaintances of the aforementioned. Or that when you are already seated, they serve you in a disproportionate amount of time to manage a drink and some starters that will arrive after half an hour. After this movement he will not give way to the main dishes due to his constant absent-mindedness and you will end up eating when you have already digested without even offering dessert.After this service that generates frustration, he pays for it with his workers, disrespecting them and blaming them for the infinity of his own failures in the service. This man is an artist masked as a good person who lacks many principles to face the problem. public.I hope you take into account this recommendation from a server. All the best!

    Unsatisfactory Experience

    We approached them for Turkey visa. Visa service fees were not worth the services provided. They left us in the dark about the costs and process, and there were surprise costs we were not prepared for as a result. Would not recommend.

    A bunch of guys and a woman in this office. Absolutely no respect or concern for clients. They say u get visa in just acouple of days….After that, they simply don’t pick ur call and ur questions over messages will be answered after half a day’s wait. And when u ask them about the delay in their answer, they say, if interested one can take their service, or withdraw. Nonsense and high headed attitude. I do not recommend them at all.

    Worst experience with themWorst experience with them. They post adervisting on Facebook it’s expoloria resort package. After We got there, the package changed. They let us live in comfort inn. The hotel is nasty. Bad smell Even The hanger corrosion. Its horrible. They selling your order to another company. I calledvacation vip, They said we are sponsor for another company. You’re not booking from us. Definitely Unhonest company

    No Compassion, No Solution

    Trash CompanyAccording to the information I received, I had a confirmed reservation for the dates of September 13 through 16. However, upon my arrival at the Westgate Hotel, I was shocked to learn that no such reservation existed. The hotel’s front desk attendant informed me that my reservation had been cancelled by a third party. In compliance with their suggestion, I promptly contacted the third party, Vacation VIP, but to my dismay, the response I received left me in a dire situation, alone, and thousands of miles away from my home.What was most distressing about this ordeal was the lackof empathy and concern displayed by the management at Vacation VIP. I spoke with two different managers and neither of them showed or expressed any empathy, compassion or understanding of my predicament. They simply stated that there was NOTHING they could do to assist me. The first manager that I spoke with initially had no suggestions or any process in place for situation as delegate as this and had to refer me to another manager that was promised to call me the following business day. I was made to feel like, “I was totally disregarded and left out in the cold to die!” I had no place to stay for the night and no way to get back to my home!I was contacted the next morning by an additional manager and the experience was just as bad as the night before. I was met with the same level of unprofessionalism and a complete absence of empathy, which only added to my distress. I was stranded, thousands of miles away from home, alone, without a reservation that Vacation VIP nor Westgate had cancelled, according to both parties and without any support or assistance from Vacation VIP whom I trusted. My immediate safety and well-being were jeopardized, and Vacation VIP was unwilling to take responsibility for the situation they had put me in.I would like to highlight that the way this situation was handled reflects poorly on Vacation VIP and has left me deeply disappointed. There is NO reason in the world that I would use your services or trust Vacation VIP with travel arrangements for me or any of my family or friends. I was not prepared to have to pay additional money for lodging as well as the securing additional accommodations. I owe my life to Westgate manager, Ivan Sanchez! If only he knew the magnitude of respect and compassion he demonstrated, and I will be forever grateful to him. He literally saved my LIFE! I had trusted Vacation VIP to ensure my accommodations and safety during my trip. Instead, I found myself in a situation that I would not wish upon anyone, and it was disheartening to see the lack of care and concern exhibited by the Vacation VIP managers.

    Fakes managed by website, no support at all.Lots of fake profiles, scammers as usual, but I bet somehow managed by the website itself.Reporting those profiles results in no ban/deletion even if I am a paying user.8 months lost just to get my profile approved.After 4 months support was not able to enable my loaded pictures (that looks ok on the site, but no users are able to see them…).Support does not exists at all, they just care about money.Still a few good experiences in one year, but with so much hassle…I will not repeat..There are better sites outside there.

    Refund Woes

    I had a bad experience with Greentree.I had approached them for Australian PR with job assistance. During the initial discussions they convinced me that I can get a job and PR even without any further studies or qualification requirement. Once I paid their phase 1 consultation fee of around 1 lakh and before starting the process of skill assessment I came to know that I would need additional qualification to get a job in Australia and because of the miscommunication from their side my money was stuck with them. They were not ready to refund even half of the fee I paid stating it was against their management rules and I was given a choice of choosing another country or to forget the refund. I opted another country just because my money is with them but that wasn’t working for me as well. I decided to not start the process and persuaded my best to get the refund. I cancelled the whole process with them since I can’t trust them anymore. I can’t believe they still have my money though no service per se was provided (except for the stress, miscommunication and confusions they caused) , not even 1% of the PR process actually started.The only service they provided was the profile evaluation for which also I paid extra in the beginning. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

    Zeal immigration means time pass of your admission in any college. They cheat student they dnt hav any guidance or any knowledge about student visa.i applied many college but i get rejection and only rejection after 1.5 year i get admission in college after fees paid i get rejection of visa on after 1 month. So hurry guyz dnt trust zeal go for better agent. I loose my 2 lac fees + air ticket. Thank you sir for time pass of my dreamz

    Suite Disappointment

    You stay here for the location. The staff are friendly, and for the location the price isn’t crazy, but we stayed in a suite and were disappointed with the quality of the bathroom generally – it’s really basic and dated, and there were no robes for the room. There was an iPad provided to use during your stay which seemed like a nice touch but it wouldn’t hold charge so was pretty ineffective, one of the bathroom towels was ripped which you don’t expect in a high end hotel, and there was no sugar at any of the coffee stations! We also didn’t have a microwave in our room, which there was room for as we were in the suite that had a sink and mini fridge, so a microwave would have fitted no problem. The thing that was a bit annoying was that you can add parking to your hotel bill, but they charge $24/ night, but if we’d just paid the car park directly it’s only $17/ night – If understand if there were guaranteed hotel spaces, but there aren’t – it’s all just first come first served public parking, so that seemed a bit rude!Still, it was clean, and comfortable, and the staff were lovely, so it’s still a nice stay overall.

    Lack of Transparency

    Zero level immigration consultant, who does not even know that its been 13 months and our client’s file been rejected, and if they knew they didn’t necessary to inform us. After 13 months we came to know about rejection. Immigration department asked 4 times the clearance for funds, they couldn’t even give the clarification. Go and visit them but don’t let them take decisions of your life’s precious years. My husband use to go and sit next to Jirman sodhi to ask about file’s update, he never took it serious to inform us about the rejection. They almost spoiled our carriers. Choice is yours Guys. But ask for everything whatever your rights are.Now please don’t mention in the reply that you never had client under My name.

    Please be aware of this thug Puneet Rattan, he will first give you a market competitive rates and ask you to handover your original documents. After paying that fees to him he will constantly try to cheat and extort money from you stating that he has all your original documents and you have no choice but the pay the money. He is extremely rude and bad mouth person and not at all professional. Once you pay the money and submit your documents, his behaviour completely changes and then he no longer takr care of your requests. I took his service for my business visa and he made of mess of my appointment and travel date.

    Refund Hi sir, I’m karthick, two months back, I booked for a saw a post in linkedin and I have send a message for that to know about that courses after they call back and said about that courses after that im not interested and I leave it . After one month they call me continuasly for joining, then one full day they call me for joining and saying that this is the last day so plz put admission I’m also enroll my name and pay 5000 after that they are asking documents for loan. They said that today is a last day to join tmro onwards classes will be started but after that one single classes also not there. They just make me to pay money only. After that I have some financial issues also so I asked for refund but they are saying that no refund. So please help me to refund atleast half amount. Please sir.

    Fraud Skyholiday Haryana scammed me of Rs. 48800 I was searching a family tour of Guwahati Shillong for 1st to 7th March, 2022 and suddenly received a call by Srishti ([protected]) from skyholiday stating that they got my number from hello travels. The website and payment links seemed genuine. After finalizing a package, I paid a total of Rs. 48800 and the remaining was to be paid once the tour commences. The tour date is in less than 5 days now and Srishti’s no. is constantly switched off & her boss Anamika’s no. ([protected]) states incoming calls barred from last week. The enquiry & payment links on the website are also disabled. All my hard earned money & plans have become a waste as I have been scammed by them. Need the govt. to take some action to catch these fraudsters & return people’s money.

I have tried contact so many times on mobile no [protected] regarding the amount we have deposited but later on Mobile no Switch Off and Whatapp no[protected] but not received any response. regarding the amount we have deposited but later on both Mobile no Switch Off we get to know that is company is fraud. I have registered a complaint
