    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Unacceptable Service and Attitude: A Scathing Review of Bilaspur's Hospitality

    Services were beyond pathetic food was bad and attitude of entire staff was errogant negative non co operative . Height of unprofessional attitude is they outrightly refused to provide even chilled water to drink were temperature was 45 plus in Bilaspur.

    Communication Breakdown and Extra Charges

    I have been to Bali on a trip via Thomascook and the trip was really unpleasant.1. I had to wait for my pickup for almost 3 hrs.2. The villa room was changed without any prior information. The new room was not as impressive as the one we selected while booking. This was extremely disappointing.3. The person who contacted me during the booking stopped responding to any of my mails. His name was Nafis Menon. It seems he was only interested in getting his commision. I hope the company will take some strict action against him.4. The company who provided the itinerary with places that only included minor unnecessary places and not the important known places. And I had to pay extra when I asked for a change in the sites. They only chose the free or cheap places for the itenary.I was assured that I can change the places mentioned in the itinerary and there would be no extra charges taken from us as it would be covered by the amount we already paid. But I had to pay quite an extra amount for 2 days. The company there in Bali totally denied this at the last moment.I don’t understand why we didn’t get the car from the villa itself as they were charging the same amount and were better when it came to communicating.4. The guide/driver who was assigned had a lot of issues when it came to communicating with us and we had to point out most of the famous places we visited and that person didn’t have any proper idea about the other places we could visit.5. My forex card didn’t work during the whole trip. I tried to get in touch with the person from the forex team, but never got any response. The person had seen my message and didn’t respond.

    Con artist and a scam, the person takes the advance and doesn’t return back, threatened to be violent, he tried to be a gangster on the phone. 0 for customer service and i dont even think this is legitimate, maybe just a scammer trying to get money out of people.

    Worst experience fraud people Every year we booked double sleeper, in which there are 2 adult person and one child(below 10) But this time, we booked first time from zamindara travels, and they did not say anything while picking up from Chandigarh,and we reach mohali he threw the bag out of the bus and said that we will not take the extra person(child)After that he took money from us(700)and did not give any slip, and also he did not give any proper seat to us very bad experience it`s our first and last experience with zamindara travel

    Last Eight years i am waiting bor holyday hotels booking dates don`t pick up phone Max time , Alys give filmsy reasons for non availability just harrashment but while taking RS 10000 APR 2015 was act very clean n nice people and till today i was not given booking of places i asked they have only five places cities ant saying only one place available.

Ltd Scf 48, top floor, phase 3 b-2, mohali – 160059, punjab They have taken money but now they are delaying process by saying varification is done, we will update you for medical but always commit wrong things. Beware they are cheater and have proper system to misguide candidates. Main culprits are simran, satish, ajay (Legal department), and entire world key office of mohali. They have hanged one certificate saying that they are iso certified. Even thay display visa copies in their board to cheat people.

Above quoted company is Fraud Company. There is running fraud/scam racket. They everyday publish ads in various news papers. Regarding work permits jobs in Australia, Newzealand, Canada, etc. Innocent people come there for work permit jobs. Then they have been cheated by them. This company is collecting million rupees daily. After that they do not listen anything. They don’t refund amount and don’t send the people to abroad. Their huge trap is to capture the innocent people. They are not registered in ministry of overseas Indian affairs Govt. of India. I think this company have fake (Lic.No.02/MC-2/28.05.2014). They are all robbers. They are bobbing to the Punjabi peoples. I am also victim of this company. I hope you would look into the matter and take legal action and would ban its functioning. I shall be thankful

    Personalised passport cover and more I had ordered on 3rd of august of bill amount to Rs 4990/- the amount was paind on the day of the order itself. Since then i have emailed them several times asking about the shipment but they dont respond. They havnt shipped my product nor do they respond over call/ whatsapp or other social media platform. I also checked their facebook page to see if there are other people facing the same problem, and i was shocked to see everyone had the same complaint.

    Mismanagement and Misery

    Poor irritating service Thangam travels madurai – chennai bus service. A worst service, i faced problems 2 times. now im writing the complaint becoz my friend also affected today. They don’t pick up at correct time make you to wait for hrs and uttermost irritating thing is they take min 12 hrs to reach to madurai. Even SETC can reach in 8hrs. Rudely behaving employess. The another thing is they shuffle the seats and never allow to take the seat what you booked thru red bus. For ex. If you book lower single berth in the middle means they ask you to take last berth and also to share the double berth with unknown person. The condition of the bus is worst. They ask 2 ladies to take last upper berth. In the mid night time they rolled and fell down from the top but no injuries. So please switch over to another service. This is our personal experience.

    worst service with higher price Travelled on 1st may 2018 night from madurai to chennai. Paid 3200rs for two persons.ac sleeper bus it was.ac stopped working in 2hrs after bus started. When reported to drivers and assistants in the bus, there is no proper response. Since there is not even windows to open, it started suffocating and passengers forced stop the bus @ulunthurpetai. Though fought for another two hours, there is no assurance to repair the ac and the drivers convinced us all to make it repaired at thindivanam orelse he said to claim back the huge money we spent on that bus. With all suffocation, we all stood awake in the bus to wait till thindivanam. But the driver did not stop in either way and drove staight to chennai. Finally when people started fighting for refund and resisted to get down from bus, we all in common wrote a letter and got signatures from driver and few passengers. Now when called the operator and asked for refund, they are not even attending our calls.
