    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    Beware of such fraudulent and scam organizations. They looted 10000 rupees and did not refund the amount even after multiple requests.The owner will also threaten you if in return for asking refunds.

    Hi this is Kiran i was searching for some visa information’s in various countries for that i approached visa vendor DSNR BRANCH recently , i think that guy name is manideep he assisted me on the first day with good behaviour right on second day I called him for some doubts he is shouting like how can you ask this don’t u know that ? Iam shocked so, If I know why would I come to you lol and I thought of shouting back immediately but i want to put this review on it So, Mr deep if your not interested to answer your clients ina polite way pls sit at home or learn how to speak to them then sit in your office chair Be careful guys all consultants in hyd are not real they are mediators..!!!

    I contacted you many times for the visitor visa of my parents, but you guys just say one thing, come to the office, come to the office, come to the office, come to the office, Hey brother, I am from Canada, my parents live in Surat and your Surat branch is four steps ahead of you. Today we have no head, come tomorrow, I have not opened an account in SBI Bank, I have to get the file for visitor visa, I am making the payment, you told me the process, but I don’t know what fun people with Max visa enjoy in meetings, it is good that I saw the Google review. So I came to know the truth, I heartly request to you guys dont waste your time with them please…. I wrote in hindi because all people don’t know English so…. Thanks

    Totally waste of money . Don’t start your process through max especially student visa . Before join max he said we will give you 10 clg as per your profile, after join he just gave me only 3 clg nd he applied in only one clg also shows me 2 fake rejection latter of application which is prepared by notepad without simbol and sign of clgThey are totally cheaters ,Also they applied in very low profile universities than your profile .Also they asking different fee as per student like 60k, 70k, 80k, we can get to know about their goals their main priority is to make money instead of sending students to usa .Also before join max he said we will take mock practice of interview 15 time at the time of interview he just take one mockAfter getting rejection he said ” pehli var badha ne rejection ave j eto ame kehta nathi” also Also mittal did rude behavior. Totally irresponsible person only expert in talk not not in workI know rejection is not your hand but you should have to give affortsOnce you guve money to them their work is over.Please don’t waste your money

    Emergency Denied

    WORST EXPERIENCE! Lost ₹15,000 total waste.I am currently in London, UK while I am typing this review. I happen to visit world visa in Manipal center Bangalore during the month of September for my UK business visa and someone called Moshin guided me to prepare some docs and I planned accordingly, got all the docs and funds ready and by then this person left the organisation and things became chaotic. He was a kind person, nothing against him.But, here the actual experience- Ramya who was in charge of UK visa was supposed to take care of online application and guiding for my docs, was firstly irresponsible and unprofessional. The customer service was worst- never, responded to my messages on time or even my calls on time and didn’t know my case condition because Moshin left. That being said, she had 0 product knowledge. I was on an emergency need to visit UK for a conference on December 19th. I visited their office directly because Ramya was of no use.At the time of visit. “Mr.Kaiser” who was so called the manager, who just wasted my complete 45 minutes. He told me to come back after 2 months with more funds while I had my case spoken and done exactly the way Moshin guided me.Kaiser, never understood my importance or emergency and gave all examples which was so unnecessary. He demotivated, illogical examples which was absolutely unnecessary and convinced to never apply for the visa, time scam! and the point is, they do not know to do visas. I by myself have a degree in travel and tourism and worked in Thomas cook (TCVSIL) and had knowledge but didn’t have time or resource and that was the only reason I went to these people and they told that my profile was so weak, while I did exactly what they asked me to do. They all potrait themselves like they own the visa industry and that’s what made me trust them. Utter waste!!!Overall, I lost ₹15,000 totally waste. All I got back was- underestimate my business and told that my visit is not possible for the conference. I visited another agency that same evening and within 2 week time. I am now in UK. No luck nothing, they do not know to do visas.

    Customer Service Failure

    Horrible experienceI reserved a room 2 weeks prior to my stay. The 1.800 reservation line took my info and said Motel could not assign a room until I got there but noted what I requested (away from fwy, no smoking, facing front parking lot and a frig). I called motel 6 Santa Maria North and they verified that they could not specify a room but said they were not booked for that weeknd so would get the room with my specific requests. When I arrived I was told I was in a handicapped room in an area of motel I specifically said I did not want to be. after much discussion with front office person (who was not pleasant or helpful) and having to pay an extra 27.33 for a non-handicapped room which he insisted I reserved, I was given a less than desirable room near the smoking rooms, under the stairwell where the motorcycles park, where mud from rain and sprinklers washed up to the door and I could hear the fwy noise. It was the exact opposite of what I reserved. My experience was also the opposite of my previous stay in October which was wonderful. I called customer service and was transferred elsewhere and was given zero guidance. All they did was ask for personal info, which Motel 6 had from when I reserved the room. No one called back or said sorry for the mixup or anything. Horrible customer service.

    Arrogance and Anger

    Worst travel experiance-Mr Mani Mr Mani is very arrogant person.Will not takeup the work as per his commited amount.Intial time he acts like very softspoken but later we can see his red face.Since we are non-locals he will start yelling in his own language.

    Misled and Mistreated

    I have called this agency because I wanted to avail schengen visa application services. The guy, whose number is given here is extremely rude, doesnt know how to speak, makes literally no sense when he talks, I asked him for schengen visa service, and he said “No no no call VFS, we cannot help”, what is that suppose to mean? Why have you written in your website that your agency helps in schengen visa application? Reply to the Owner: You asked “If you want to apply for yourself?”, I said Yes, and then I mentioned him as I already have given biometric within 59 months for my previous schengen visa, I dont need to appear for biometric again. Either the owner doesnt know about biometric waiver policy, or is just plain dumb to phrase his question in a way to ask “If you want to apply for yourself?” and then tell “No no no we cannot help you, call VFS and then hung up the call”. Do you provide schengen visa assistance service only to users who are applying for their neighbors if not for themselves?

    I was visiting Das Travels after seeing an excellent Google Rating and so many comments but I was just shocked !! after visiting their office because the gentleman who is dealing with the process is very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk with a client. He did not provide any clear information, I think they just looking into money, very egoistic man, and doesn’t have much knowledge about the Schengen visa process and tourist plan,Having said that I don’t know how they got a 4.9 Rating, but I will tell all of you reading this review please don’t waste your important time with them. what I share this I face and wasted my time with DAS TRAVELS.

    The phone number doesnt work. After you pay 500 bucks, you just get a mail to about the payment. You just schedule the appointment and the website disappears, there is no response from the team as to when theyll come pick up the documents, what all documents are needed etc it didnt take me long to realise that this website is a scam

    Money Wasted, Trust Betrayed

    Do not go with this agency. All they do is just apply to the universities and do some papers works . We ve to do all the intermediate works.In my case they charged me with 40000₹ to apply for a university. I backed of before visa processing because of the recent problems at Sweden which they have not informed me at all. Although all they did was just apply to the University they hesitate to give me back my money.Total I ve paid 5k as there consultant fee then 12 k university application fee and 40k for other University fee and all i got back is 20k after continuous attempt.Guys please don’t go with this agency.

    Driving Into Danger

    Bad experience with Riya travels, Mangalore V had planned our vacation to Mysore from Riya travels, Mangalore. Hotel arrangements were good. Itinerary prepared was good. The main problem was with the driver who was reckless n liar. Even after telling the driver to b slow, he was least bother. And on top of that he was arguing that there is a steering problem. On Coorg ghat he was controlling the vehicles only with brake n putting it in neutral, which is very dangerous. We almost got killed in Mysore because of his negligence driving. The worst part was that he fell asleep on the steering. V were about to crash the vehicle but at the last minute my husband woke him up n he braked. After that v informed the Riya travels, Mangalore about it. But inspite of changing the driver, they continued with him. I vl not only blame the driver but also Riya travels who hired the agency. It is their duty n responsibility to safeguard the interest of the passenger. V always planned our vacation from Riya travels, Manipal. They r more efficient and responsible. This time the tour incharge of Manipal was on leave, so they transferred the responsibility to Mangalore branch. V were not knowing that Mangalore branch people r so lethargic.

    BIG NO to riya travelsI have been with Riya travels for last 12 years and have referred more than 10 friends and family members to this company. However i contacted them this time after almost 5 years for bookings and turns out its been 2 weeks i have been chasing them and haven’t got needed help yet. Everytime i call i tell them what i am calling for and they would be like ok will get back to you in not more than 30 mins, unfortunately that never happens. I wait for almost 2 hours and then call them back and turns out the staff member i talked with last time is gone for the day. So I explain my situation to other member, now this person is ok i will escalate your concerns to the management and someone shall call you in next 2 hours. It’s been 2 days now, no one has bothered to get back to even email. Worst customer service. A BIG NO to Riya travels.
