    The Disappointment of a Misrepresented Hotel Experience with Fab Hotels

    Fab Hotels are FraudstersI booked 2 rooms from 31/12/23 till 03/01/24 in Fab Hotels Greenland Classic Bhubaneswar through booking.com for my family. I made an advance payment of 3074/- to get my booking confirmed. Total amount was 8232.84 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. However during checkin on 31/12/23 we found that the hotel was entirely different from what was shown in the pics posted on booking.com. Hotel was under construction, lift wasn’t working and also hotel did not have any kitchen/restaurant as mentioned in the hotel’s description on the site. Rooms were too small, dark and shady which were not at all meant for family stay. Rooms pics were totally opposite of what was shown on booking.com site. We were quite disappointed and asked the receptionist to connect us with property owner to raise our concern, rather we were asked to call the customer service. I cancelled my booking and tried calling the owner which was actually Fab Hotels number. That number was never connected and so i spoke with booking.com and they too denied to help mentioning that property owner has to refund the advance payment.Fab hotels are fraudsters as after filing complain into consumer forum I found indefinite complains from various customers so a strict action should be taken against them.

    This is useless immigration. No one goes anywhere. Everything is fake. No one has the knowledge to do it. No one shows the customer regarding the file and after taking a lot of money, no one raises the question. dum worst immigration…guys don’t go there

    Don't Fall for Deception

    Worst experience. Fraud agents that just want ur money.They don’t respond calls. Especially Aman who is manager of this agency but the funny fact is that she said I don’t have access to show immigration file to clients. Moreover, They don’t have any proper knowledge of visa processing system of canada. I applied canada visit visa and they didn’t show us file and they didn’t show our documents properly that’s why visa got refused by IRCC.Don’t trust these agents.

    Don't Be Deceived

    Wasted my money on them, please don’t fall for such ratings. It’s better to apply on your own, i got a decent IELTS and paid half of the amount upfront in the end they only created a profile rest of the work you only have to do. Their consultant never try and contact you, just to discuss updates. Please don’t fall for these comments. You will end up loosing money. The old page and address has been deleted and read the patterns of messages, it seems like a copy paste

    Disappointing Experience

    Avoid the agency there are cheap for a reasonI have been given a run around for days between them and the airline. When i purchased my tickets they asked me to upload my passport copy however for some reason the name put on my ticket was the name used to sign up on their website not the name on my passport. This made my tickets invalid i reached out for them but they asked me to wait. I decided to speak to the airlines myself and still wasnt able to resolve the problems as the agency has to confirm everything they said as they are the ones i got the ticket from.When i contact them they just kept telling me that they will updated me which they never did.I just had to buy Another tickets as their customer service was so unprofessional

    Misleading Advertisement and Hidden Fees

    To advertiseCock up there flights clearly I’m…To advertise there flights clearly I’m taking a flight to Honduras and there’s no baggage allowance how rediculous by paying at the airport it brings the fare in line with other companies. I’ve payed for baggage and still haven’t been refunded.on top of that on arriving at Heathrow to checkin they wanted an American visa to board an American airline at no time was I told that . All I want to do is fly to Honduras and major requirements they’ve neglected to tell meIn that case if I should look up via consulates and embassies it would be an idea if you advised this before hand . I would not have used you had I known the crap I had to go through . 8 hours in Newark with no refreshments having to recheck my luggage back in …. That’s not what I expected .

    They are fraud public. Specifically that man named Rakesh Bhowmik and the travel insurance agent Sanchita Roy (From care insurance). They didn’t submit the claim file to the company on time. And I had to lose my money for that. Rakesh Bhowmik, and Sanchita Roy are cheaters. They falsely told me that they submitted the papers on my behalf.

    Below I present my case to you all. You decide whether GRB is good or not:Mr Rakesh Bhowmick took Rs. 3200 for a UAE Transit Visa which I got from him after 2 weeks.The same transit VISA took me 2 hours to get from the Embassy online and cost me Rs. 1100 only.So basically he took Rs. 2100 extra (which is double of the charge) to deliver the visa at a delay of 2 weeks, not to mention how he scared me that I might not get my transit visa on time while coming back and will not be allowed to come back to India.And he also spoilt my Australian Visa application by not mentioning my previous VISA details while applying.

    Misleading Information

    Really poorReally poor. Expensive, no family ticket online, long wait for a bus (over an hour, when the company info says every 30 minutes). When the bus came it was full to bursting already. Driver taciturn and very poor, unclear and almost non-existent commentary. Added to which, when you do book online it isn’t made clear that you will have to be kicked off the bus at Stachus to collect a paper ticket – despite the online voucher having a QR code. All around, we are disappointed and will never book such a tour again! Avoid avoid avoid.

    HorribleThe tour guide took our seats on the bus and he changed other people’s seats who were sitting as a family together after departing, three affected familIes got very pissed, he made a horrible experience before even the day started ! Just because he wanted to sit there although other seats were available in front. The agency as well didn’t respond properly when we complained

    Balaji events provide very pathetic service.first dey will promise u everything before taking money but on d event day dey will provide something else.dey do not know how to talk to clients.der attitude changes once u pay them money.the owner is very ill mannered, arrogant and rude.she is a blabbermouth . fought with us many a times whereas she was late for 3 hours , did not provide many things as promised.pathetic lady owner .Zero punctualityZero commitmentsZero management skillsFalse promisesI hope I cud give them negative rating as they spoiled my special day.

    ALL SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THE COMPANY DOESNT WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU ALL SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THE COMPANY HAS A POLICY OF RETURNING ALL MAIL SENT TO THE COMPANY WITHOUT OPENING IT. WE HAD A SITUATION IN TRYING TO PAY FOR OUR TRIP AND AFTER A LOT OF EFFORT WE FINALLY WERE ABLE TO PAY. THE ISSUE WAS THAT THE COMPANY CANT PROCESS CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS OF GREATER THAN $20K- HOWEVER THE CLERK DIDNT KNOW THE RULE SO MUCH TIME WASTED ON OUR PART. THUS I WROTE A POSITIVE NOTE TO SCOTT NESBIT THE CEO ONLY TO HAVE IT RETURNED AND THUS i FOLLOWED UP AND AFTER 3 CHAT EMAILS I LEARNED THAT IT IS COMPANY POLICY NOT TO EVEN OPEN LETTERS- JUST SEND THEM BACK UNOPENED!! IF ONLY THEY WOULD PUT A STATEMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE TO THE EFFECT ” PLEASE NOTE WE DONT WANT TO HEAR FROM ANY CUSTOMERS WITH REGARD TO COMPLAINTS OR SUGGESTIONS = SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CONTACTING US “

    It’s all about the money, we tried to book a 4 night stay for the Easter break, only to be told it’s a 5 night minimum, obviously didn’t want my $1400 dollars a night, very dissapointing, just got told that’s how it was because it’s a long weekend

    The lady who answered the phone and took my booking doesn’t have sense on how to talk with customer extremely rude and hopless service 0 understanding and no sense of taking to the customer no option to give 0 star first and last booking with this provider I know it doesn’t affect them but really third grade service Driver was constantly talking on the phone while driving super uncomfortable vehicle was vibrating the entire time even on expressway causing headaches
