Unmasking the Facade
I think most of the reviews are fake, management must have forced them to write here, I worked only for 6 months here, I could not do it for longer because of the company policies, e.g you get only one leave per month and no sick leave and you don’t get any leave in joining month even if you join on 5th of month, also if client is giving you petrol and shift allowance you can not apply it, if you do these people threaten you to stop your salary. these policies and practices are creating a hostile work environment. so think twice before joining.

Navigating Salary Limbo
I almost lost my last month salary( though i cleared all procedures in client side and got confirmed too/ the agreed timeline is also gone), they never replied to any of my mails for 2 months. Then i decided to go to client and they involved in this issue and told to clear the payment on that day itself. Then nexwave released salary on the same day. Their intension is different. If the client not involved, i cant get the last month salary. such cheap attitude.
