    Broken Promises

    Not happy with service. I have account in Jivan Bima nagar branch. I came to branch for credit card. Bank representative told me to apply through app in front of them. I was unable to apply due to app/network issues. Bank people told me that they will check and call you. After 4-5 days no calls from bank and when I asked then also no response. Then why we should have account in IDFC first bank ?

    Banking Blunders

    Very bad sarives and staff also not good we asked salary account but thaty opened normal account thay did mistake and we calling to do correct account but thaty or not responding
