Worst company for employees…. Lot of politics involved in the ratings…. No Managers here is worried about the career of the employees….

Nightmare Experience
Horrible company for insurance policy.. One of their sales fellow kept following me for signing homeloan insurance. While their premium rates were high i thought ICICI Bank reputation was good enough to go ahead n sign up. After paying hefty amount I had to chase them up for arranging medical as on their own their entire staff has quite laid back attitude. Medical happened after 3 weeks of payment. Labs attached with ICICI prulife are shabby n ill-equipped. For x-ray one has to go to another lab. My medical was rejected (after good 10 days) on senseless pretext. This flaw was known when i visited a specialist in Fortis hospital. So much so that Fortis doctor issued me a certificate declaring my fitness. I was so frustrated at nonsensical approach of ICICI prulife staff & their medical labs. I could clearly ascertain that their medical reports were flawed and fraud as I was constantly chasing their slow staff. When I asked them refund it unfortunately didn’t happen quickly. I had to wait for 3 weeks again to get my money back. Money didn’t come back to the account I had paid from but to another account. Even this instruction their staff could not follow. Finally ICICI prulife staff wasted my 1½ months. I got policy from their competitor at 1/3 rd of what they charged me n that too within a week. Its a shame how ICICI is ruining its reputation through inefficient staff & processes in insurance business. If there was a zero in the rating I would have happily granted them that though they don’t even deserve 1 star
