    Delayed Delivery Distress

    Booked Hyundai Exter, but not delivered even after 4 months I had booked Hyundai Exter from dealer Popular Hyundai, Kazhakkuttam Branch, Trivandrum on Sep 10, 2023. I didnt get even any call or update from them till today(Jan 12, 2024). When I called them, they are not showing any positive attitude. They are treating customers as worst as they can. Irresponsible managers too. I had faced such a worst experience from Popular Hyundai this time. Now I changed my mind to cancel my booking. And my suggestion to you is yo treat customers more kindfully as they are the king of your business. Thankyou.
