    Refund Request

    Poor customer service I want refund of shifting amount taken but no shifting was initiated I have contacted customer service they made me pay 300rs for shifting my connection without checking wheter they provide connection in new address. I paid now they are rejecting my request stating my address proof was not according to their guidelines. I reached out to customer care again then they are saying they don’t provide connection in my new Address which is Sithalapakkam, Chennai, and told me to email help desk for refund the shifting amount taken by Hathway. Kindly return the shifting amount to the original bank account.

    Relentless Calls

    I am complaining about the continuous phone calls Hey i’ve been using hathway network for the past 1year.Noe I’ve completed my cpurse and went back to my native.I no longer need the broadbamd connection.But the cistomer care keep on contacting me to recharge and i’ve told them multiple times that i dont want your bloody connection and they were like ok we’ll talk to our managing head and will stop calling u this is yhe people are saying for the past 20 days.But till now im receiving calls.Im feed up.Camt ypu u responsible for thr cistomer request.So PLEASE STOP CALLING ME FOR GOD’S SAKE.If possible u can come and collect your precious modem if thats what u needed and please leave me alone.
