    Disappointing Getaway with Gateways:

    Very bad experience i will never suggest to book this as hotel provided was very bad. There is no bed tea, no welcome drink, no candle light dinner and no room service. Food provided in hotel was also very bad. Hotel name : Manali Mantra. Cab driver is also in hurry he is not interested in showing you the valleys at all just want to drop you at earliest and behaviour is also very rude.I will suggest everyone to choose there hotel and everything by themselves.Not only me all the people who booked there package from gateways and stayed in Manali mantra hotel have worst experience.

    Disastrous Getaway with Getway Holiday

    Very bad experience with Getway Holiday 1. Very first they misguided us to reach the departure point first they told to reach RK Ashram metro station when booked the cab and on the way they suddenly said to reach at Majnu ka tila and our cab driver denied to go to Majnu ka tila and we had to book other cab on road with family after reaching there they promised us to give middle seats but 25% at back side without pushback. 2. Second thing is that they told Manali mantra is the three star hotel but when we reached there, there was mud (keechad) front of gate and hotel had 4 floors without lift can you imagine that 3 star hotel without lift. 3. Third was food- food was terrible, tiffin service food is much better than and lack of servant for service and they said to me that Manali mantra is 3 star hotel.
