    Uncomfortable Encounter

    Threatening staffWorker diagnosed problem with my Electrolux fridge in five minutes. The part didn’t come in until 6-7 weeks later. When the same tech came back to make the repair, he was extremely unfriendly. He rudely explained to me that he had previously told me that I needed to pull the fridge out of the wall which was also connected to the freezer. First, he’s lying about that; and two, I have no idea how to disconnect the fridge from the wall. While he was at my house, I called the service center to ask about signing a waiver, but he was completely threatening and rude to the support person, as well. My wife and sent this guy packing. He was a bully and made us extremely uncomfortable.

    Unhelpful Team

    Poor customer service the manager…Poor customer service the manager doesn’t show any respect or empathy, lacks empathy all around the whole team doesn’t want to help anybody when they ask for help. They’re exclusion causes or policies make absolutely no sense and they don’t want to help anybody and they want to rip everybody off. It’s not a company you wanna deal with or associate business with they’re not easy to do business with.
