Charged higher price than invoice i visited titan showroom to change batteries of my wrist watch they charged me rs 496.00 which i paid but later i got link of bill on my mobile trough sms which was rs 268.00 now dealer is denying to return difference amount you should take action against dealer otherwise i will go in consumer fourm.

"Disappointing Experience: Titan Company Limited
I changed my spectacle lens in Dec 2022 from Titan Eye Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Order ID: TBGT026149. Initial impression was fair. When i received my spectacle with the changed lenses I saw that the power in the lenses are not correct. I spent Rs. 25000 on the lens which is a progressive lens of Titan and I feel it is not worth. The lens quality is good but the power in the lenses are not accurate. I am using progressive lenses for last many years but this time the experience is very bad. There was no feedback call from the store. I feel it is not worth to visit Titan Eye in future.
