Unresolved Issues
Very bad and frustrating .. the SV Projects and Terracon projects (are same companies showing up as different )people are fraudsters and cheaters. They do not respond to your queries even after 8-10 years ,have not resolved the issue of khatha and tax payment and still the farmlands plots in Doddaballapura and near Ghati subramanya are still a mystery for the investors/plot owners.The Panchayat office denies to receive the taxes and khatha for whatsoever reason or pending things from the developer !

Disappointing Experience
Please do not buy sites here. We came from Bangalore to see site in Mysore near Infosys it’s not even developed it’s a plain land.Just compound work has started it will take minimum 1 or 2 years for hand over.also they say 8 months for allotment but looking at the land it would take another 2 yrs.They are also collecting 6 lakh.One lady by name Divya Urs who co ordinated was hopeless.She does not know how to behave with customers also she asked whether any one can get down and come in 2 wheeler.We were 4 of them..Please don’t buy..
