been waiting six weeks for replacement hoses to the wandunder pressure the hoses un attach from the wandchemical every wherepoor customer serviceI will be all over social media about how bad your after sales service isPOST SCRIPTAfter the review above was made public the company was most apologetic.They have gone out of there way to help me.I am very impressed with how they dealt with the situation.They have given me a more expensive unit AT NO COST.Thanks Master Distributors

Dissatisfied with Service
Extremely disappointing. I send email for smoke Alram then i got response saying its available can do cash sale from sale person Natalie . Then after that no respond no reply for any phone call email nothing. Always not on desk. Then today 23.02.2023 again i left message then got email from sale person name Natalie saying was very busy and will send form after ??? Still not prompt action. No email.I was also talking to another receiption name i think carle its 2.35pm Adelaide time she just hang up??? Not giveing clear update.Very very bad service.
