Frustrating Experience
I’m from out of town and I was extremely excited to visit this shop. Shocked to find in person the lack of basic necessities. Looking for reins to match my bridle, only 3 choices. Downstairs, they have a downstairs? Wasn’t available to me. Overall, just skip. Don’t waste your time.

Unacceptable Delays and Sizing Errors
DO NOT ORDER HORSEBACK RIDING BOOTS FROM HERE!! I placed a custom order back in late June, instead of taking my measurement the staff looked at me and went like: okay I know your measures and proceed to put into the system. My bad for not letting her actually measure me but I trusted the staff. It took them 2 months to make it in Europe because apparently, they dont work in the summer. 2 months later they called me said my boots got here, so I went to the store and the boots didn’t fit me. I was very disapointed since I already waited for so long. So the staff there took my measurements again and resubmit the order and said it should be back in another month. So I was like okay sh*t happens, I’ll just wait. A month later they called me again said my boots were here, so I went in and OMFG the boots still didnt fit me and I check the size, it was the same size as before. I was like okay this is completely unacceptable you need to give me a discount for this. So the girl took my measurement AGAIN and said she will ask her manager and get back to me. Then of course nobody got back to me. So today I called again, they said they are not able to offer me a discount, then I asked do you have my latest measures on file and how long does it take to re-order it, and they said they don’t have my measurements and I need to come in to re-measure again!!!!! For your record, I placed my first order in late June and today is 11/7. I missed so many horseback riding classes and I just don’t know how is this acceptable. so if you need to order customized boots, do yourself a favor and order somewhere else so you don’t end up like me.
