Diya system now it’s reffered as GlowTouch Technology Pvt Ltd. Salary package is not attractive, Good canteen and clean office. Slow growth and it’s related to customer support. Target oriented. So incentives are totally depends on customer satisfaction rating

"Stagnant Growth and Negative Impact: My Experience at Diya Systems"
I had worked here for around 3 plus years with no growth in Technical knowledge. Its basically a Tech Support company where you will be asked to handle chats (3 concurrent) to support their hosting accounts support and sales day and night. You will not gain any knowldge if you join this company in your initial days. Not at all recommended for Engineer graduates.Moreover, once you are out of this company you will face many more rejections and humilations coz Diya System has been marked as “Do not Hire” band in few of the MNC’c. I personally know ppl who have been rejected duing the BGV because they had worked in Diya in some point of their career.
