    Inefficient Backup Process

    To view their camera they have their default view which is compact so small, but you can change it to full screen view, but when you have to take recording. backup on your computer, the output file will give you compact view not full screen view. here if you change aspect ratio to view in full screen but if you want to send the footage to some one, you have to explain that person how to view in screen. this is pathetic when you have spend huge amount on CCTV, and you know when I spoke to customer care she does not know about the issue. better go for other brand.

    Unsatisfactory Experience

    CP Plus products are not of good quality. After sales service is non existent. Our CP Plus video door phone didn’t last more than one year. In our apartment complex almost all CP Plus door phones (total 500 flats) have been replaced by owners due to premature breakdown. Service Centre staff openly say parts are not available and hence they can’t repair it. Better to go for some reliable major brand than CP Plus.
