Payment Predicament
Online Payment to DVOIS Internet Services through CCAvenue Payment Gateway,Amount Debited from Account,Trnx status is Awaited I made online payment to DVOIS Broadband Internet services on 4th Jan 2023 of Rs.470 for renewing internet account. Amount got debited from my bank account but Transaction status is Awaited and Merchant account has not received amount. Â

Payment Woes: Deducted but Not Credited
Booked a HP LPG Cylinder, money got deducted but not credited to merchant payment made with CC Avenue gateway Today 4/Jan/2024 i made a payment of rs 918.50/- through CC Avenue payment gateway, the amount got debited from my bank account but it was not credited to merchant HP PAY, could you please help me to get the money back to my account.
