Contrasting Experiences: Smooth Purchase, Disastrous After-Sales Service
There is two side. First one while I purchased a car, then everything was very smooth. The representatives are very reachable, they will help at each and every step.Now the second part is after sales service for which it seems all the promises made during the purchase process are false. I faced issue with car battery and raised ticket. The customer executive VISHNU replied and arranged technician visit after two days of raising the ticket. This guy doesn’t have any knowledge and he is arrogant. Now without proper inspection Vishnu said the car have electrical leakage which is not under warranty and closed the ticket. He didn’t bother to let me know which wire or electrical part exactly have the issue. Even he disconnected the call without proper resolution.Seeing the arrogance of Vishnu it seems Cars24 use to handle their customer like similar way. Once the car sold and you paid the money to them then everything is over. They won’t help you in anyway to resolve the issue. And to add this they have representative like VISHNU who is having rude behaviour and who closes the ticket without any resolution and without any intimation to customer. Such a disappointing experience. Pathetic, didn’t expect this from a organisation like you.

Undisclosed Vehicle Issues
In my recent experience with Cars24, I discovered several undisclosed issues with the purchased vehicle. The oil filter, brake switches, and oil switch, despite being assured of their good condition, required immediate replacement. It’s disappointing that vital information was concealed, and I received a washed but not truly clean vehicle. This misrepresentation has led to unexpected expenses and a diminished overall experience. I urge the seller to address these concerns promptly and transparently for a fair resolution.
