Certificate Ordeal
Duplicate certificatesI have requested for dupolicte degree certificate/ marksheet and consolidated marksheet on Nov 07th 2023. I have received degree certificate and mark sheets after 1.5 month. However, one of the semester mark sheet(5th) is missing and still waiting for consolidated marksheet. Application No: A40410- B56317I have sent multiple emails to followup. Never received any reply.Tried contacting the office numbers form anna university website. No response.Portal (https://onlineservices.annauniv.edu/pages/forms/dashboard.php) is pathetic and has no way to track or communicate.How do I contact them to expediate my request as its been almost 2 months and still waiting for certificates. some are even missing. This is not expected from Anna university. Also, other two requests were cancelled and rejected. However no refund.

Unfulfilled Transcript Request

Delayed Caution Deposit Refund
Caution on depositThis is dinesh Kumar k from Anna University regional campus madurai. Caution deposit is not processed for reg no:[protected].I uploaded already in AUKDC website and bank details also verified. My No Due is cleared on 2022 June .1 year 4 month passed, I did not get any refund amount to my verified bank account. I am requesting you to process the caution deposit refund to my verified bank account.

Unsettled Hostel Deposit
Girls hostel refund amount-B.Sc (Agri.)- Reg.I submit to state that, I have completed my undergraduate in Annamalai university in faculty of Agriculture during the academic year[protected]. During the course of period I had stayed in hostel for 4 years. I have paid deposit amount of Rs.5000. Till now the amount has not been refunded. Kindly do the needful for the above mentioned queries.
