Zero Stars Deserved: Useless Video Bell
I would give zero stars to this product if I could. This video bell was installed by the builder in my apartment. The video bell is useless because it doesn’t point to the door area where someone would stand when ringing the bell. Secondly, in 2 years, the bell itself stopped ringing thrice. The third time I called their team for repair, they quoted that it’s not out of warranty. They charged me Rs.500 to just come and check the equipment. And then quoted another 950+1250 towards spare parts charges. I would suggest going for a regular bell or another provider, but not this brand.
