ACER Customer Care Nightmare
ACER Customer care = ThugsSome ppl who sell their products like Flipkart – Bigger thugsworst experience. DONT BUY ACER PRODUCTS.All scripted dialogues by customer care. Their service guys are blind. Cannot see the defect in front of them or they are trained well to ignore defects and say it is all ok – just to prevent exchanges or refunds or replacements. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO AHEAD AND BUY THE PATHETIC STUFF.

Nightmare After Purchase
Ordered a tv 2 months back,after 2 weeks of use,it stopped working.Claimed my warrenty and service team came and assured to resolve it.Nothing happened.After 2 weeks they said, will get replacement.Not happened..Tried to contact acer authorised service centre (star technologies) and they are not attending the call now.When contact acer head office,they are saying status “not updated” .IMAGINE,WHEN WE ORDER THE PRODUCT WE GET THAT IN 2 DAYS.WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS AND SERVICE PART COMES,THERE YOU SEE IT.2 MONTHS AND NOT RESOLVED.WORST SERVICE AND KIND OF SCAM. BEWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
