Refund Fiasco
Cheating company, Srinivasan is not picking the call when we ask for refund.Don’t know when I will get my refund.

Cautionary Tale: The Deceptive Practices of ABS Estates
ABS estates is not a genuine company. they are not actual owners of the plots. they are doing just marketing. Hence they don’t have proper plan to execute any layout. i paid advance for the one of the plot and they took more than 10 months time for taking the approval, but that is not yet done. then i decided to get my advance amount refund.. but they are not taking the calls and addressing your queries. Seems like they are fraud and Cheaters. don’t book any plot. Finally after 1 year they returned my Advance amount. i suggest not to buy any plots in this company.
