Frustration with Xeon Internet
Xeon is the worst internet service provider ever seen. I am facing an internet problem since 12th Feb 2021, they didn’t provide a concrete solution yet. It was available hardly 10 days within the two months of time span. When I call to given customer care number they don’t pick the call. If they receive the call by mistake they give false assurance for resolving the issue within an hour but it can convert in days and weeks. They don’t care about the customer. This is the worst experience for me, so, I would not recommend anyone to go with Xeon Broadband. I am attaching a few conversations over WhatsApp.

Terrible Service and Unprofessionalism at Xeon Broadband
 14th Dec, till date false commitment by Xeon Broadband, no refund and worst internet service provider I have encountered. Don’t opt for this connection, they are not refunding my money since March 2021, every time I get a message that it will be done in this month, very unprofessional service, please do not opt for his connection, once they take money they stop responding. Last month in September they committed to settle the refund, but today is 2nd Oct, no sign or communication. Worst service, if there was option for 0 rating, I would I have given the same, best is to avoid this service provider.
