Unfulfilled Promises
Very worst experience. I had to keep repeatedly call them to get the manuscript edited and finally got it done. But in publication process, they still havent submitted my article. They kept promising that it will be done tomorrow since July. But the tomorrow has not yet come. Hope they keep up to their time which they promise.
