The Ultimate Disappointment: My Worst Experience with Sytech Solutions
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD!!!!!!I applied to this company on July 2021 and cleared online test, technical round ..after that I gave my HR interview and also performed well and didn’t bluff anything from my side . I was genuine throughout the interview. I didn’t know why didn’t they select me . After that I didn’t get any response from them I didn’t sent the follow up mails to the HR team and to the HR who interviewed me . There was no response.After that in January 2022 I came to know there was referrel drive so I applied to this company again and i did confirm that there was no cooling period also . After that they sent me online test link and i cleared the online test and later I was having HR interview, they called me and said that there will be hr round be ready so I was getting ready for the interview. After some time they called me and said in August YOU GOT REJECTED IN HR INTERVIEW SO WE WILL NOT BE CONDUCTING HR INTERVIEW TO THOSE WHO GOT REJECTED IN HR PREVIOUSLY…I SAID what?? you should have said this earlier before sending the online test mail or shortlisting my profile.They were like we’re sorry.. I mean what if you say sorry what does that mean i don’t know it’s your mistake to not to mention this point and also sending the mail and shortlisting my profile..I thought this was a reputed company I didn’t know that they will give such a silly answer and rejecting me for nothing.One point I want you yo know if once failed they’ll not be always a failure. FAILURE IS THE STEPPING STONE TO SUCCESS!!!!Even MNC company will provide certain cooling period and people can apply after that cooling period. I dont know which company keeps this as their policy once rejected in HR will never be able to apply to their company..This is my WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FACED by SYTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Exposed: The Scandalous Tactics of the Biggest Fraud Company
Biggest fraud company. Unable to give 0 star that’s giving 1 starThese people will say that they will give training for any course (data engineering/data scientist) for 5 months and once you completed the certificate test.. you’ll get the 100% placement but once completed the certification test.. they will keep the interview and reject you by saying you’re not upto our requirement..It’s a paid course between (₹1,20,000 – 1,50,000) they’ll be giving training to 10 – 12 persons per batch.. in that they’ll only give job offer for 2 people’s saying we do have only 2 people’s and leave other 10 members in Air.. and they’ll promise like you’ll get the job we will help you get a job with other companies as well..If anyone attended the interview in their and planning to join, plz don’t join and waste your money.. I’m saying it from my experience.. now I’m unable to repay the amount..
