Dissatisfaction with Patient Care: A Critical Review of Spine Surgery Clinic
The complaint focuses primarily on how long the wait times are and how inconsiderate the staff is, despite the fact that they are all medical professionals. My mother, who underwent spine surgery two months ago, had an appointment to install a permanent cap. The appointment was at 3pm, but the entire process took almost 3 – 3.5 hrs to complete (mind you she had reached before time and therefore overall duration would be 4 hours). She kept telling the team how uncomfortable and in pain she was because of the surgery and is finding it difficult to wait any further, but nothing was done. Extremely dissatisfied/disappointed with how they handle everything in this case. Its been three days and my mother is still in terrible pain and cannot move.Despite having excellent credentials, the team’s patient care practises is sub par. I dont generally write feedback but I am forced to do it this time, this feedback is intended to warn anyone who is contemplating a visit that even with a scheduled appointment, they may make you wait for hours without providing any justification/clarification.

Pricey and Disappointing: A Review of Costly Treatment and Substitute Doctors
Very expensive…quite good waiting time…booked appointment with main Dr.Pallavi but another junior doctor attended us…we return and took second opinion and completed the treatment as we were not that satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment suggested and its cost
