Unprofessional Conduct: Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd
Horrible hr and management, not recommended, don’t give interviews here, waste of time, they have no budget. 1st call HR agreed for my expected salary and 2 virtual interviews, then final salary discussion Then HRs waited for me 2 clear 2 rounds , 2nd round with client almost 2hrs. Then Hr played her game changed the expected salary to 10%hike from 30% and added 1 more tound of interview that too f2f. Also told that result will be out that day itself. Thrn they took 2 weeks to search for low budget, and finally after asking too many times told me not selected. Horrible company horrible HRs.

Dissatisfied Candidate: Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd
Happened to attend an interview last week though the interview went smooth the so called HR professionals are very pathetic and a bunch unprofessional who lack some basic work ethics. The HR called me the same evening on my phone and dint reply on the email when i had sent asking about my candidature status. Deliberately withholding the name of HR since I’m against their processes and not any individual. On call I was told that I performed well and would have a client’s round the day after and asked for my salary expectation even after i telling that it’s too early to decide but she kept on insisting post which i shared my expectation that was negotiable. After which she never responded to my emails or calls. I could now relate to the many reviews which people have posted about their ill- fated interview process. It’s because of these unprofessionals that a company will have to bear a negative impact on public forums. Â
