Worst Internet Provider: Swastik Cable
This is the worst Internet provider one could ever opt for. I am aware that all the reviews they have are negative so one more bad review of mine won’t make a lot of difference however I would like to highlight a fact that these people are horrible not just in terms of service but in terms of humanity as well. I had the most pathetic experience ever. Not recommend at all

Worst Service Ever: Swastik Cable
Pathetic service. The sales guy Prakash took a month to visit. 4 times I fixed up the time, but he never turned up. He does not even apologise for not honouring his commitment. Finally when he arrived, the installation guy messed up the wiring of the WAN port. With the result, the speed was fluctuating and we could not connect WiFi devices like phone and laptop. This took 3 days to rectify. Then we experienced momentarily loss of network several times during the days. No connection for 2/3 minutes. This is the worst situation when you are doing an important upload/download or a Financisl transaction. I made 20+ calls & several messages to Prakash and the owner, they don’t care to pickup my calls or address my issue. My experience within the first 10 days were so bad and we decided to get out of this service since it was a real pain. This guy Prskash promised a month trial if I take 3 months plan. Which I did. But in less than 10 days, I faced so many issues – it’s like you pay and buy the mental torture- we decided to get out. But this joker Prskash and the owner of this company were not willing to accept the month trial and refused to pay the balance 2 months trial amount. My advise.. DO NOT WASTE & SPEND YOUR MONEY TO BUY THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL ONLY GET MENTAL TORTURE!
