    Court has finally issued a non bailable warrant for Ozone Group

    We are a group of purchasers from Ozone Evergreen Apartments. The project was finished around 8 years ago, after a three year plus delay.
    We took Ozone Group to court after they refused to provide us with the delay compensation that was stipulated in the sale agreement. Finally, the court decided before COVID 19, and we obtained a clear order to immediately pay the compensation. After more than three years of waiting, the Honorable Court has finally issued a non bailable warrant for Ozone Group Management.
    Can you act quickly, Ozone group?
    To execute the warrant, we’ll get in touch with the Bangalore police.
