Unprofessional and Disrespectful: CareerNet
Pathetic and unprofessional HR’s. They do not value the candidate’s time and efforts. Anupallavi / HR contacted me and scheduled an interview however never sent me the meeting link until the last minute. She messaged me in the night and immediately preponed the interview the very next morning saying it’s an urgent requirement and did not allow me any time for preparation. I still got prepared and showed up however she rescheduled it to the next day. I was being patient enough to wait and prepare for the interview once again. And then boom, she did it again!!! She again did not bother to send me a meeting invite and despite several follow-ups, she failed to respond!! If you are reading this, I really wish you experience the same when looking out for a job to know how it feels like. You are the most disgusting person I have ever come across as you lacked the basic courtesy to even apologize for wasting my valuable time. I wish you the worst!

Beware of False Promises: CareerNet
Very worst experience with this consultancy. Latish one of the associate called for an opportunity for one of their client based out in Indira nagar. Before going for the interview i checked for WFH availability for 6 months to the interview panel, they said ok and then interview process further proceeded till HR discussion. In HR round, they again highlighted this that we agreed for WFH so we will not able to provide the salary which you have quoted, then i said ok for the number they have quoted. Waited for 2 weeks but no update, then Radhika again from Careernet called me & told me that, if you are ready to WFO then only their client will release the offer letter. Careernet & their clients don’t have any clear policy with them, simply they are referring the candidate and their clients are giving false promise and wasting everyone’s time. Never experienced this type of response from any of the consultancy. Â
