    Medical Woes and Financial Burdens

    Very bad. Lazy inexperienced help. Cooking is dismal. Not willing to do any regular chores. Most of them have medical issues that you have to pay for.Spend time on phone or sleeping or arguing

    Avoidable Hassles

    Terrible harrowing experience. Highly avoidable. We took in a cook in domestic category . The selected one was switched at the last moment by someone else . The maid who came , walked in stating proficiency in cooking but inability to do any other housework owing to existing ailments . Within next two days she declared she has never cooked and hence will need help . Care could not find immediate replacement and advised us to make do. In the next 2 weeks she had calls from her home calling her back given an emergency situation. Care as expected could not find replacement . The maid started shouting and crying and throwing tantrums around the house . Finally by 3rd week I had enough – I asked a Care personnel to take the Maid back irrespective of replacement. Interestingly the maid left and after her departure we realised she has packed quite a bit of our household items with her as she moved out . Care of course is neither responsible nor available for comments .
