    Unacceptable Response

    Are you kidding us? How long are we trying to resolve this issue?you are saying this TDS refund is refunded and check our bank account but still still not yet received the TDS refund amount., last mail we had attached and shared our Bank statement also, still you people are playing., and responding very slowly, you people are don’t want to resolve the issue., and also you people are very very irresponsible people and very bad response., this is our final response we will move this matter with higher authorities leads with legal action.Are you kidding us?…..Several times we communicated with you, saying that “check the refund in your bank”.and we replied in Nov 2022 ” we have not received “. and there was no reply from you.and again you are mailing that “have you got the refund”., NO Definitely not.Are you kidding us..? we had mailed last month that ” in which bank you transferred the TDS refund amount”..?but there is no reply for that. again we are mailing about the TDS refund? when we will get the TDS refund.In other words we know what we have to do for receiving the TDS refund, consider this as our last and least mail. These forwarded mails and mailing conversational mails are useful to us for the refund of the TDS Amount.Still we are saying that we have not received the TDS refund amount yet.!regards with depressed.

    Unreachable and Uncooperative

    Absolute frauds.Took a loan in October – November 2021 which has ended in May 2023. But they are saying last emi remaining of June 2023 which is not true as I checked my bank account statement. Loan EMI deducted from Dec 2021 to May 2023 (Reflected in Bank statement) but they are showing EMI deducted from Jan 2022 to June 2023.No way to contact them, they won’t respond, their chat support are rude and repeat the same thing again and again without listening to the customer.I had a hacking situation in August 2022 and my bank account was locked off, I informed my credit card company and other loan companies and they gave a grace period, but I couldn’t contact the Axio as they have no contact available and they sent a collection agent home after only 5 days of failure of last emi which is against RBI guidelines, Collection agents can only approach contact address after 60 days of payment default.I will take legal action if Axio tries to debit amount this month or If any agent tries to visit my address as the loan amount is paid off completely.
