Rude Behavior and Insensitivity
They killed my father First of all, I posted something on google reviews This hospital and Dr.Sunny Virdi are getting my reviews deleted. I am shocked to think about the insensitive minds of these people. The kind of rude behavior and insensitivity I have seen in this hospital has made me hate medical profession. My father was admitted in this hospital for a month, he drove two hours to see someone in opd but someone suggested Dr.Sunny Virdi and that’s when this saga started which very unfortunately ended with bringing my father’s lifeless body back home in an ambulance- an ambulance which we should have used long ago to either bring him home alive or shift him to some other hospital For the greed of money they gave him the strongest medications, shifted him to icu where he probably caught more infections, Dr.Ankur at their ICU forced us to put him on food pipe saying else he would have to stay hungry when he was able to eat, tied his hands and feet when he tried to remove his mask for water seeing no nurses around at night and that too without any consent or information- they don’t allow phones and disconnect family’s phone calls. Theykept him sedated while the family would visit so no information can be passed on. Have the worst nursing staff specially male nurse named Samson in general icu. Eventually Dr.Achint Narang forced us to put him on ventilator when my father was talking without taking his own consent- started treating him with very toxic medications, when we actually asked for discharge the very next day they told us that his body is not responding and even after pleading all day to Dr. Prerna Bisht /Bedi and Dr. Sunny Virdi they happily slept in their homes and rooms and let my father collapse Exact same thing happened with my Aunt in the same hospital 3 years ago Â

Discharge Disarray
Bad atitude of doctor’s Very inhuman attitude of doctors. Recently my mother was admitted in emergency care in ICU. For 24 hours doctors were not sure of what was the issue beside all test being done. Upon insistence on treatment they started strong antibiotic dose and then late evening asked to get her discharge immediately. We requested to keep her for another 24 hours as it was 8 pm in night, but their behavior was very rude and then we got her admitted to another hospital. During process of discharge vague information was provided to us. Even ICU staff were not confident of treatment and why she was asked to get discharge despite being on antibiotic dose. Here proper treatment was provided in another hospital and she has recovered well.
