Operational Chaos
Very poor patient care by paramedical staff and exorbitant charges. Let me list few:1. Patient is walked into OT (rather than being carried in a wheel chair or trolley), in a gown open from behind, with no sense of basic patient privacy.2. Post Op there is no continuous monitoring on a multipara monitor. Some nurse will come once in 4 hours to record vitals.3. No post op visit by doctor. However they don’t fail to add visit charges in bill.4. OT is full of seepage, inviting nosocomial infection.5. No High lo bed even in private rooms to facilitate patient positioning.6. House keeping staff asks for money if a female patient requires some help post op. They won’t listen otherwise. However attitude drastically changes once paid.7. Charges applied for surgery, OT charges, anaesthesia are super exorbitant.8. No exact time for surgery is intimated. Surgery planned for 1 PM is performed after 6 PM, leading to unnecessary fasting period. Imagine the plight of a diabetic patient or a paediatric patient.These are mostly medical & ethical issues I have listed. They (nursing staff) lack completely in how to speak to patients.In nutshell, this hospital only aims to mint money. In return, fails to provide even basic patient care and empathy.Strictly avoid.

From Care to Neglect
I have seen very bad experience to all doctor’s of alam hospital specially majeed alam. Majeed Alam is don’t deserve doctor word. They need to change their hospital name. Alam hospital & research centre to Alam hospital & get drowned centre Ranchi.first they will take your all money. if you go to meet with majeed Alam. they say take your patient from my hospital and go where you want to go.This hospital is doing such a business with patients.I suggest to all don’t go there.one important message is . if anyone admit their patients in ICU. then no chance to come back from Alam hospital.So be careful of careless & stupid doctor’s.
