    Abandoned at Midnight: The Nightmare with This Bus Service

    Worst experience ever on Karaikudi Chennai route. Bus denied service at 10pm after every bus left for Chennai. My family with kids were standing in middle of nowhere in karaikudi bus stand. they did not give refund and asked to get from redbus. redbus says get from travels. this happened on 15 May 2022. Dont travel in this bus

    Avoid at All Costs: The Disastrous Journey with This Bus

    Very worst service rendered. Driver alone doing all the job. Not answering for passengers queries. Very very unclean and dirty bus. Some non tolerable smell inside the bus. We our family affected severe cold and throat infection during travelling.I strongly recommend that DO NOT CHOOSE this bus for even short travelling.
