Frustration and Disappointment
Worst service ever, these people call exciting ..personal loan holders and offer them ,instant top up loan without documents ,once we agree they shall make us wait fr a month and call us multiple times asking all documents from beginning… I had to start from scratch providing all documents….the process was so frustrating….I request customers not opt this bank ..there are better banks who provide far better interest rate and there procedure is so reliable and quick ….

Misled and Mistreated
Worst experience ever. Never choose Aditya Birla. Mis-sold me a vision endowment plan with a fake insurance plan. I was looking for a loan, a rep called me and told me about an insurance plan which would provide me with a loan so I went for it and gave documents and everything. Turns out it was all fake. I called constantly and the person said I would get my loan, wait wait… But, I never received any money and they have trapped me in this insurance plan now. Taken my 1 lakh+ amount. Went to so many places to try to fix the issue but nothing was done by anyone. In front of your face they speak nice, kind words but will do nothing about the issue! Specifically went to this branch and spoke to a guy named Gautam Kumar, who is supposedly the head there. But, it was useless. Nothing came out of it. It is clear that some fishy business is going on behind the scenes, that’s why no one cared to help. Be careful of these guys.Mailed IRDA and Ombudsman, but they were also completely useless! No option has been able to help me or they’re just lazy and don’t care to!Now, after all the hassle and trouble they have given, they still have the audacity to keep calling and harassing me more to pay the premiums! Companies like this need to be shut down immediately. Taking advantage of people in this way. Absolutely horrible!
