    Unsatisfactory Return Process

    do not return money do not return my money against return parcel .I am purchasing jewellery kit from today retail network pvt ltd. through online dated 31/03/2011. but this jewellery is low quality.so i am return this parcel through flyking courier(c/no.[protected] dated 19/04/2011.Today Retail Network Pvt. Ltd. B-47,Indira Enclave Neb Sarai, New Delhi-110068

    Customer Service Frustration

    Diamond Jewelry Voucher Sir, I have ordered some books and a watch (order no. 77083 dated 23.12.2010) (Membership no. BIT[protected] which was received on 22.01.2011. I received all the items (Invoice no. TRNPL/DLI/10-11/120638 dated 31.12.2010). And to claim my diamond jewelery voucher they ask to log on to http://www.bagittoday.com/promos.htm with the unique number printed on the voucher. I tried a lot but the unique number is not accepting. I tried over phone[protected] and it is always busy. Kindly help me to get my diamond jewellery voucher.
