Poor Communication from Synter Resource
ETA: The response is just stupid because no one answered and I left messages so to tell me here to call? Unbelievable. However, I complained directly to UPS and they took care of it. Hopefully they dropped these people by now.These people are terrible.Due to a misunderstanding with UPS (which I have now dropped as they are awful for small business) I owed $29.21. I thought it was paid (was supposed to be paid with the credit card they had on file). I called UPS when I realized there was an issue and paid this. Then this collection agency calls me. I told them what had happened and they said it should update shortly. This was back in June.Now they are sending me emails asking me to pay. I have check proof from June 22nd that UPS got their payment. They (Synter resource) still contact me. I sent copies of the checks and they won’t respond to that. I am just waiting for another email. I tried to call them and I left a message but they didn’t call back.Very unprofessional behavior IMO.

Unprofessional Collection Tactics
This confused company is trying to collect $16k for FEDEX, however, the company that supposedly owes the money has a name slightly similar to an old company of mine that is no longer in business. It’s not the same company, nor in the same state, and the wrong name, and completely different owners. This collection company is lazy. They appear to shotgun email every company with similar words rather than lookup who really owns this company probably hoping to get lucky that some old person would pay it. Or they are just scammers. 1 star for wasting my time and reported as spam to google over and over. I emailed them and they don’t bother replying.Added after your response: Well now I know you are scammers, or liars. Fedex would never have given you my contact information. I never used Fedex, and that is not my company, and the wrong state. Making more lies doesn’t help. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to scam people out of their hard earned money.
