Disappointing Service and Lack of Customer Care: Sycorian Matrimonial Services
Besides their services being below par, Sycorian is a company which doesn’t care 1 bit about customer satisfaction. I am being completely factual in my review. I took one of their cheaper packages which costs a few hundred dollars. Plz. expect only 2-3 profiles each week, (mostly 2 and rarely 3). One week they missed sending profiles, and they sent only 1 profile this week. Lets say I have 5 basic criteria, 3 of which can be easily searched. eg: age, height, diet and 2 of which can be easily figured out via a pic – looks, weight. more title for the below review-In those, they were consistently off sometimes completely off in 1-2 of the 3 easily searchable criteria and 1-2 of the other 2 criteria. If I were to pick up random profiles without even looking at them, I would get the sort of matching profiles they send. In over 5.5 months, there was probably 1 or 2 which I found above average, and there too they were not able to connect me to her. I didn’t get to talk to a single prospective person. This is when I have an exceptional profile in almost every way – no 1 Engg institute, have a great package in a top MNC in the Bay area, California, exceptional moral values, non smoker/non drinker/non abuser, affluent and respectable family, decent looks, young looking and athletic, all rounder, spiritual yet romantic, close to perfect patri, etc. EDIT: Fair point by Sycorian staff that I didn’t mention my marital status. Divorced (close to final) with 2 kids, but one is going to go to college in an year, and the other (a girl) is almost 13, and will be close to independent soon, and will a 50-50 custody but higher possibility of living with ex-wife. This info is clearly mentioned in my profile in other sites, so how it is that I have had 600+ interests there and hardly any here. Moreover, I am talking about profiles fitting my requirements and not finding a match. Clearly effort is not being put in. Please put in the effort, and if I see it I will be more than fair and happy to revise my rating and review. I gave my RM at least 5 warnings be4 writing this review, giving them ample time to work on their incompetence and improve, but to no avail. There was absolutely no change. She gave me the generic support email, and they sent a standard response (This is something they have probably perfected, since they would be getting such emails from each customer).When I asked her for her manager’s number, she gave me some generic support landline number in India. I won’t call out her name as that will be bad karma on my part. In 1/5th the price, you can take a premium 6 month subscription of Shaadi or JS or BM and view thousands of matching profiles for free, and potentially get 100’s of interests. Finding one’s soul mate requires God’s grace, so expecting success from them is being naive, but being stuck for 6 months in Stage 1 of finding a decent enough profile to even chat with is not what anyone would expect. I am sure this review would be read by many, so while I am here and can reach out to many soul mate seekers – I would like to humbly give one suggestion. Please do chakra meditation and Ho pono pono prayer. This is the one sure shot way to peace, and hopefully this will help you find your soul mate. In a few months, this will get you to your peak spiritual range for this life and you would start attracting your soul mate.

Disappointing Service: Sycorian Matrimonial Services
The staff is not skilled and not engaged in their work. They charge premium luxury charges from the clients and assure that they have profile options for you while selling the membership. We were assured of the same and bought a premium membership (1+1 years ) and within few weeks started to get response from these matrimony staff that ” unfortunately we don’t have any profiles for you “ Staff members allocated to you are either busy uploading stories on WhatsApp and Instagram but will not take your calls or most of them work from home permanently and are actually not engaged in their work. They (Natasha ) firstly commit to doing a task for you and after few weeks change their statement saying “ we never said this that we would be doing this “ These people lie and just pass their time and to make records of work will send you out of criteria profile. We will also be reporting these misdeeds and horrible quality in name of ‘premium expensive services ‘ to consumer court Stay away from them !
