"Payment Overcharge: Refund Pending After Closing My Spectra Connection"
I recently closed the connection. I had already paid in advance the amount for 3 months. But I raised request to get it closed early and as per Spectra I had paid Rs 471.40 extra and it should be refunded to my account details shared with them. But without returning any money they simply closed my account.My refund is still not returned. Requesting for help to get the return.

My Frustration with Spectranet's Connectivity and Router Recommendations"
Spectranet staff visited my premises and post assessment recommended a plan with 2 routers which I duly purchased. After purchase since I faced problems of connection dropping regularly they made me purchase another router (3rd) at additional cost which I did. The connection continued to not perform as promised and continued to drop leading to my in-ability to work from home with the laptop and cell Wifi connection lost regularly. Their staff are now suggesting a 4th router !I seek your help in ensuring that the company delivers on it’s promise of service and does npot harass me by asking me to purchase additional routers and with no service guarantee (since after the 3rd purchase I continued to face the problem).
