"Unfulfilled Promises: My Frustrating Experience with Spectra - Amangal"
I am a victim of Spectra – Amangal. I have paid full amount and registration charges, about 16lakhs and now rubbing my shoe everyday, week, months, they are not registering / transferring the land on my name. Every time I go, they say it will be done next week and it has been the pattern now. Being lawyer, myself, I have now initiated the legal proceedings against the company. The sales team has no clue, don’t trust them and don’t waste your time and money.
