"Disappointed Customer: Smytten's Failed Delivery and Customer Service"
I had ordered some products from smytten on 15th of September & thee expected date of delivery was 19th of September. Today is 25th September and still they have not delivered it and also I am unable to cancel my order…( I was very satisfied with this particular app but then this happened which made me think that I should switch to some other better apps )

"Repeated Mistakes: Smytten Sends Wrong Products in Multiple Orders"
Extremely disappointing service. If the products in a trial order are wrong, it’s still acceptable. They are sending wrong items for paid orders too. And they did it TWICE!I ordered Lattafa Ana Abiyedh Rouge order #3157654 . I received Lattafa Rooh al Rooh. Smytten tried to correct it by sending a replacement order #3169666. The replacement order is also WRONG. This time it’s some perfume named Atyaab al musk. It’s almost seems like they don’t know what they are doing
