I am unable to pay siti cable through online mode, saying my vc number is invalid . eventhough i entered correct number 11 digits.After 11 digits -5 given, someone saying that they are using single vc number with hypen(-) and “N” numer of connections in the single vc card

Hello my name is natwar lal and i have connection in Siti network which is not working properly since 22/03/2023 i connected with local cable operator also local cable operator says we can not help you any and said that you have to pass my complaint to me, we do not care, and I was also told that Sir, your appointment is not working properly from 22nd, so we can extend your date. Will give but till now nothing like this has happened and my recharge is also finished in today’s date.
