    Monopoly of Frustration

    Writing this after 3 years of using Shiprocket, if you are looking for one of the most frustrating customer care service experiences you have arrived. The list of good parts about their business starts with their dashboard and ends at the ease of booking a shipment. If there are no challenges with the shipment and it gets delivered you are good but only your god can help you if you need their help after your shipment has been picked up, cause their customer service teams are as clueless as you would be, reading off a script dictating the number of days you gotta wait as per their policy – each time you call. This has me thinking if the entire business is based on scrapping information from the websites/dashboards of the courier services/partners.The business has almost a monopoly as an aggregator for courier services mainly cause they did manage to bridge the gap in accessibility of courier services but the gap in providing any real after-sales services and information is as bad as it gets. In case the shipment is lost or delayed there’s little to no information/resolution or real help these guys have and follow-ups are to be done by you instead, that call-back request will never be taken seriously, and each one of these calls will be more frustrating than the last. They have kept themselves safe by acquiring almost every growing competitor but I wonder for how long! Yes, this review comes after yet another disappointing call with them but I had been putting this off for as long as I remember.

    Shiprocket Scammed Me

    Their onboarding team was excellent – they were there to help me whenever I needed.The second you need to ship a parcel, you have to load a certain amount of money in the wallet – and then you’ll never hear from them.On 5th, I got my first order – the dashboard informed me that it would be picked up on the same day – no news.On 6th I called support, they told me, “We are sorry you are facing this problem, we understand your inconvenience, the parcel will get picked up by end of day and we have escalated the issue.” Nobody came on 6th.On 7th called support, they told me, “We are sorry you are facing this problem, we understand your inconvenience, the parcel will get picked up by end of day and we have escalated the issue.” Nobody came on 7th.The same thing happened on 8th and 9th. There is no way of tracking who is your pick-up guy or who is incharge. You are also not allowed to get the last name of the customer support.I don’t know how Shiprocket works, but my parcel is still with me and it has not been picked up.Please save your money and your peace of mind and go with anybody else except Shiprocket.

    "Lost Parcel: Urgent Assistance Needed for Unresolved Delivery Issue with Shiprocket to Italy"

    Hello i send my parcel through shiprocket to itly here the awb number “[protected]”and it will not delivered to my friend yet and the status showing order fullfilled and when i try to contact the support team then they response by saying to check with his local post after cheking with local post we came to no nothing has arrived yet and they lost my parcel and my parcel contain goods of more than 30000 and i am not in a situation to bear that much loss sso please help me to resolve this case as soon as possible.

    "Unethical Practices: Shiprocket's Mishandling of Lost Package and Unverified Delivery"

    The company is playing cheap tricks with the sellers now. What they had done with me is, First they lost the sent package from our store and then after more than 60 days of complaining about it, they refunded the amount into my wallet.
