    "Miscommunication and Poor Service: A Frustrating Experience with Bus Operator's Lack of Communication and Unreliable Service"

    I booked this bus on 18th November, i called the bus operator 30 mins before my boarding time. I called the bus driver, he said there is a heavy traffic. Still I reached the point 10 mins before. 11.25pm i called the operator and he said they are still in traffic. So i waited and called the driver at 12.25. He said that he called me once he reached the boarding point and I didn’t pick so he left and he is in the way now. So i asked him to send the call history. The snap he shared it is clearly mentioned that i called him at 11.25 then after that there is no call inbetween the one i called at 12.25. Worst service. It is clear that he didn’t even call me when i try to call him again. He is not picking. I tried the number given in google that is also not working. Worst worst service in my life. after giving these much feedback they are not improving. Atleast redbus should not list these kind of buses. Someone ask google to give negative star options

    "Unreliable Service: Disappointing Experience with a Travel Company's Lack of Communication and Accountability"

    Worst travels I ever travelled…have you ever experienced any bus not sharing driver and bus details at all…I was waiting at mid night with out even knowing if the bus is available or not….in any other bus they will call before 30 mins to check the status but here they never called I checked the every bus passing me in madiwala..I myself had to reach the bus …if not they would have started without me ..worst bus ever
