Bad Manager Alert
Hi Joiners, “I agree Organization is Good” I have been worked for 2 years. I have a huge respect on Organisations But, Management is honestly I am saying worst, One way you can survive mean’s “Holding bucket to manager”. I got stupid manager(his name Vikothkumar P) my sake I am saying he has zero knowledge managing team. I don’t know how he got that responsibe role, He ruined my carrer. Helped by Management HR people. Not verified proper evidences what i submitted and also Senior level people (Ignorance) also. No work culture, Hard work pays you termination.Any Senior role people or CEO read this message. Please take action Now also, I am ready prove.”I don’t want new joiner suffer under this manager” he will spoil there career. My concern.One Bad Maneger, HR’s impact on whole organization. Dear CEO simply these people getting money. I am ready to prove Face to Face also.

Avoid This Company
Never apply for this company as your time will be wasted. I had read older reviews also that the same condition happened with other guys also.I was selected in the interview and then HR called me for the further documents submission and it goes well also. After that HR discussion as salary negotiation goes well and I am told that I will get the offer letter in next 3 to 4 days. But after 10 days they told me that they are not hiring anymore.
