Building Nightmares Unveiled
Pathetic !!!! I saw few buildings by them worst new flats are leaking, it seems all their projects are not doing well and dont know how to handle customers, visit meridian, amber and sprint before investing here, outside looks nice inside all cracks and leaks and left incomplete… new place looks like old, i escaped from investing with these people. Lots of patch work in all flats and villas, no street light given by builder to Amber i went after office and its dark like ghost road, some owners said builder didnt fix pending work and leakages so owners didnt pay balance amount and so builder cut electricity connection, in sprint fully cracked outside fixed with some paste looks ugly, this company will surely fail as they cheated lots of customers, my refund has been pending for 8 months, seems many ppl cancelled and they didnt get refund back same as me.

The Prolonged Struggle with an Unreliable Builder
Is there a star lesser than 1. Paid more than a crore so far for my villa in 2018 to be handed over in 2019 Aug. Till now, I don’t have the keys. Paid 95% of my payment and I wanted to do pooja this Sunday where Iam forced to pay pending amount to do the pooja without even completing the pending items.Such a worst builder. Don’t book any plot or property with this builder. I am going ahead with consumer case and I really don’t care about the outcome. Want to teach them a lesson.
