    Pending my claim no 33624610I have already sent all original documents and paper to medi assist for reimburstment of my claim no 33624610 by speed post dt on 11th july and 15th nov 2023 but still my claim is pending since long time .

    Bereaved and Unsettled

    Regarding Claim PMSBYMy Mother died in an accident on 18 Jan 2023 and within 20 days i have submitted all the required documents like FIR, PM Report etc. to the bank within the time limit but its been 9 month i have not got the claim infact when i use to contact bank regarding the claim the used to say we have given all the documents to New India Assurance company but they are not responding as any reply comes from them, we will notify youAs i request you help me in this situation. if this claim is not getting at a needy period, then what is the use of removing this claim in bank
