Frustration and Delays in Deposit Refund
This is a bankrupt company. Deal with it at your own risk. They are not able to return the deposit taken from tenants even two months after the tenant has vacated the flat. This problem is being faced by multiple tenants. Repeated calls to the office will not yield any results, because the owner Nazeer is absent from office for avoiding the payments. They have a PhD degree in avoiding overdue payments and are doing business with our hard earned money. The owner is a shameless person called Nazeer.
